Breakfast is basic. The location is great.
Welcome bar is bonus.
The two beds room are so tiny. I have to relocate the sofa and table in order to find the floor to lay down our two medium luggages and one carry-on luggage.

Area was great! So lively and close to everything. Facilities were also clean and doing my laundry was easy, cheap and very handy. The staff were amazing and very helpful! I also appreciated the bike that we were able to rent for the day, free of charge. Breakfast was also really nice!

I liked everything except for the room size but that was enough to make it an unpleasant experience. No amount of free stuff was able to make up for it.
The room was too small to function properly.
We weren't able to move and still couldn't even open a suitcase. We got caught in rain which added to the misery. There was no space to dry any of our stuff and we just counted time to get out of there.
We felt demotivated to do anything. Very claustrophobic and uncomfortable.
We had a twin room but tge beds were joined together and basically took 95% of the available space. I get that space is limited but I wouldn't mind a bunk bed or at least a foldable bed so we could catch a breath and get our clothes out of suitcases.
