We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of space to move around with clean rooms. Any supplies we forgot, they had available to us. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions and very friendly. We would highly recommend!

The house was nice and spacious and located very close to the Diamond Peak Ski Resort. We skied 3 days in a row, walking to the free shuttle that takes you to the resort, so no need to drive which was very convenient! However, when we arrived there were no parking passes in the house (required placards for the cars in that community). The instructions also said that if you have two cars, one of the cars must be parked in the garage. The garage was locked (and not connected to the house). So we could not safely park in the community. We called the customer support, it took me 20 minutes to explain the situation, the person did not have any useful information about our particular house and filed a help ticket with the local support. We stayed for 6 nights, nobody contacted us, and the situation was never resolved.

This condo has great amenities. You are central to everything on the North Shore including beaches, hiking, bicycle trails, dining and shopping. We thought the condo and beds were comfortable and we didn't want to leave! Had a great time.

The condo worked for us. It was conveniently located, clean, the main room was large, and we had ample space. The downsides were that although the listing says 3 bathrooms, it’s 3 toilets and 2 showers (2 bedrooms share a shower). Also, we never received the parking permit. The beds aren’t the most comfortable, but they worked for the few days we were there. We would return to the moose roost again.
