Nestled in Sarasota, this attractive house for $248 per night is a great choice for your next break. Experience a vibrant, newly renovated two-story featuring a stunning heated saltwater pool. This immaculate 3-bedroom retreat offers versatile bedding, including king, queen, and full bunk beds, plus a futon and sofa options for maximum comfort. Set on a tranquil street, you'll have seamless access to Siesta and Lido Beaches, the charming Pinecraft Amish Village, shopping, and Downtown Sarasota. Your dream vacation awaits at this sunlit getaway. Siesta Beach 7.8 mi, Lido Beach 6.2 mi. **NO LOUD PARTIES!** If you plan to disobey the rules of quiet time outdoors after 10pm please find another place to stay. • The Space • This space is set up for our guests with private, heated, salt-water pool. The homeowner is not liable for any accidents that may occur in or around the pool. There is a second adjoining efficiency unit with its own private entrance. There may be a potential for noise from the adjoining unit. Please note the washer and dryer is free to use, however, we ask you to be respectful of the apartment guests and do not run laundry after 10pm. • Guest Access • You will enter this unit through the front door. The second efficiency unit is on the left side of the house and that parking space and gated entrance is reserved for the apartment guests. There is free driveway parking available with enough space to fit 4 vehicles. The far-left side of the driveway is reserved for guests that book the attached apartment unit. Please be respectful of this! • Guest Interaction • Randy, our Property Manager is available via VRBO/HomeAway messaging. He will help with any questions or concerns that might come up during your stay. • Neighborhood Overview • Located on a quiet side street with easy access to the Pinecraft Amish Village. Approximately 6 miles to Siesta Key Beach and 5 miles to Lido Beach. 2 miles from Downtown and Main Street. The home is within short walking distance to Big Olaf Ice Cream Shop, Postal 98 Cafe, Yoders Restaurant and Yoders Fresh Market where you can get fresh produce and packaged baked goods all located in the Amish village. • Getting Around • Uber and Lyft, and also SCAT bus stop is nearby with access to beaches. • Other things to note • There is a charcoal grill as well as some pool toys available! Please note: The homeowner or property managers are not liable for any accidents that occur near or in the pool. ——> ALL LOUD PARTIES PROHIBITED!!

It was a very relaxing time we had in Florida! Nice clean house too! Loved the pool

This was a great property to stay at for my daughters lacrosse tournament. It also was very close to the airport. It isn't the prettiest of neighborhoods, but wasn't really an issue. The couches seem old and like they are caving in a little. Towels could be updated, getting a little thin. I wish there were wine glasses. Randy was very easy to reach and was great to rent from!

Our overall experience was great! Would definitely stay again and also tell family and friends.
The only drawback was it didn't exactly sleep 20. The sleeer sofa in the living room was broken. However, we had our own air mattress. So we worked it out. Other than that, it was exactly as advertised. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Sleeping arrangements were a little over rated. Sleeping 10 is a squeeze. We had 7 and we weren't couples. Nice place though.

We loved the house the neighborhood and the location. We spent everyday in the pool except the last one when the pool guy came. The beds were so comfortable and the house was so peaceful! Great night sleeps! The kitchen was great and we sat at the dining table talking for hours. Communication was excellent with the owner ! We were close to everything we needed to get to. We will definitely be back thats for sure !

I stayed at the place with some friends. There was 10 of us in total. The place was spacious and exactly like the pictures! We loved staying by the pool and the proximity to every where we wanted to go. There were no air mattresses when we got there but Randy was prompt with responding and hand delivered some himself. The only downside to the stay was the check in. The keypad wasn’t working so we only had one key to use between the 10 of us.

This house had everything you need to have a stress-free experience. From the stocked laundry room to the beach toys, the owners really thought of everything.
The pool and the backyard were the highlight of this home. Randy was a great host and we would definitely stay at this property if we come back to Sarasota.

We had a great time here. When we first got there everything was clean and tidy, house is well decorated and it was spacious and comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. They pay attention to detail with what they supply. There were plenty of essentials in the kitchen and throughout the house. The pool had lots of fun things to play with.
Negatives were the shared laundry space, one of the air mattresses lost air through the night, and the front door key pad wasn’t working properly all the time.
Overall, the owners were super pleasant and responded quickly. The house was beautiful and located close to lots of places. We had a wonderful time and made lots of memories.

This is an incredible place to stay, however I wouldn't recommend it for people who plan to go out and come home past 10pm. I came with a group of 10 total - we left the house around 7pm and came back between 1-2am after we went to the bars. When we got back we stayed up for 30 min to an hour talking, we didn't listen to any music and made sure to not raise our voices. However both nights I received messages from the host telling us we were too loud. I truly would understand if we were being rowdy but it felt like we couldn't even be awake past 10pm without causing a disturbance. The people in the attached apartment had children with them and may have been easily awakened, there also is a ring camera so the host was alerted when we arrived back. Either way, it was not our intention to cause any disturbance to others. I wanted to share for future travelers and to help the host attract the types of groups that would be a better fit for this property.
All in all, we had a positive experience and would highly recommend to smaller groups or larger groups who don't plan to be awake past 10pm!

I booked this place for a bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house was very clean and stocked with everything you needed for a girls weekend. The attention to detail that all girls need was unlike I’ve seen anywhere else I’ve stayed. From the curling iron and straightener, to supplies to hang temporarily decor, to bachelorette them pool floats it could not have been a more perfect. The only things I’d recommend is adding another full length mirror to the Master bedroom and a fan for the bedroom with the bunk beds. The location of the house was great… an easy 15 min Uber ride to Siesta Key or St. Armands circle, or just 7 mins from downtown Sarasota… all great places to visit! Lastly I want to add that we did not have any issues with the other renters in the apartment. You barely even know they are there other then seeing their car in the driveway!

Great Experience!
My friends and I (8 people) comfortably stayed here for a weekend getaway to visit Siesta Key. Randy was super helpful and responded quickly to all of my questions/concerns. The house was very clean, stocked with everything we needed, and only a 15 min ride from the airport and Siesta Key. Highly recommend!!

Ok, I don't even know where to start...we had an amazing vacation, like the best ever, and we travel a lot! The Most Amazing Place we Have Ever Stayed!
Ok, I don't even know where to start...we had an amazing vacation, like the best ever, and we travel a lot! Thanksgiving getaway
This house was a perfect property for a family of 7 adults and 2 kids. It is clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s a short drive to the airport, several beaches, downtown, and shopping. We appreciated having access to beach chairs, towels, and toys. Randy is easy to communicate with and replies quickly to questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great experience at the house and with the manager. There is an apartment attached to the house that we were unaware of. The apartment guest was not the nicest but overall it was a great stay.

Weekend stay
We had a good stay. The only thing was the vents in the bathrooms were filled with dust and apparently an attached apartment, the person was not too friendly. Other than that,it was a great stay and a nice home. Thank you.

P$'s Bach Bash
This was the perfect little getaway spot for all of my friends to celebrate my bachelorette party! The pool was great for everyone to relax by and float around in. Randy was an amazing communicator as well and made sure we had everything we needed!
