The living room is furnished with 55" LCD HDTV with 150+ Channels. The condo has free high speed WIFI. All bedrooms and dining room has ceiling fans. The Master bedroom has a Sealy King size pillowtop bed for a sound sleep and a 42" HDTV. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom with shower/tub. Master bedroom has 6 drawer dresser and bedside tables with lamp. Master has huge closet with mirror doors. Both full bathrooms have shower/tub. The condo was great and the complex is very quiet . Close to great shopping and dining . Will stay again .The owners were great in responding to the Expedia and VRBO issues that were beyond anyone’s control .

This property was perfect for our stay. Owner was very accommodating with our last minute booking, and even offered an early check in. Unit was clean & beds very comfortable. They even had some small Christmas decorations which were a nice touch being away from home on the holiday. Unit was walking distance to Scottsdale waterfront, coffee, mall and bike rental. Great stay!

We spent 8 days at this condo and, first off, it's a great value. It is in a very good location for biking as you are only a couple blocks from the canal, and for walking, the fashion mall is right right across the street. We also walked from the unit all through the old town one day and rode the trolley back as there is a stop very close to the unit. The unit is super clean and it was very quiet. We never heard a peep from the other units. The owner was also very communicative. He always replied to my questions within minutes. The only downside, which really didn't matter that much to us because we were out doing things every day, is that there isn't much in the way of a deck or private outdoor space. That said, we would stay again if coming to Scottsdale, especially if the rate stays reasonable!

I stayed for business and this was the perfect place to come back and relax. The views are beautiful just behind the building. The place was very very quiet as well which was amazing after long days. Hosts were amazing to communicate with and 10/10 would stay again! 🙌

Having stayed at hundreds of accommodations in the past thirty years this is in the top ten. The suite is large, renovated and homey, and towels, sheets and kitchen fit up are first rate, but the real magic is in the many attentions to detail. Bath shampoos, coffee, ice, kitchen accessories, tools, cleaning products, even replacement batteries. The property is impeccably maintained and quiet. We were only two golfers and each had our own Bd and Bath. To top it off, there is laundry, pools and BBQs close to suite. Value for money is exceeded and we will mark this as the head quarters for the annual Arizona golf trip. Thanx to Steve and his team for setting this unit up.

The condo was very clean and inviting, very well maintained. The covered parking was a plus and the overall vibe of the community was very laid back and quiet. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay. The host Steve was great. Divinity going to book again when we come back to the Valley.

Steve's place was an amazing spot in Old Town to enjoy the Scottsdale vibes. Great location near lots of cool shops, bars, and restaurants, with a huge mall across the street. The unit itself had everything I needed. And big props to the host - my flight got delayed by more than 5 hours at the last minute. Steve was super accommodating when it came to extending my stay.

It was a great location. The covered parking was great in the middle of July! The only issue I had was the apartment had water damage on the floor in the hallway and the smell of the apartment, I think it was from the previous water damage, But other than that it was great and worked for us!

Great little condo literally across the street from Fashion Square. Super quiet end unit with comfortable bed and nicely appointed kitchen. Cable TV in the bedroom was great for falling asleep though the temp in the unit was at 81 when we'd get back after a day out and the Nest was locked to not go below 73. For two perimenopausal women, that wasn't an ideal sleeping temp but the ceiling fan helped. Overall, a nice, quiet place to unwind after a day with family.

My husband and son were in Scottsdale for the PBL baseball tryout. They loved the location of the condo. Scott even gave them the quickest route to the fields for the tryout. The place was very clean and nicely maintained. My son was surprised to see that the ice cube trays were even filled. My husband stated that if we go back to Phoenix for any reason, this is where we will be staying Thanks Scott for making my family's trip there stress free.

My family of 3 stayed in the condo for our spring break trip. Loved the location! It was in the middle of all of our daytime excursions. Loved how close it was to Old Town Scottsdale, Papago Park, and an easy drive to the ballpark for spring training. Clean, comfortable, and plenty of space. Appreciated the coffee too!

This condo's location is great! the showers could use an upgrade but the bathroom were clean! The kitchen could use some more wine glasses. We only saw 2. Other than those couple things it was a good place for a little girls getaway.
