Nestled in Pinnacle Peak, this charming house for $365 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This is a gorgeous, newly remodeled home in upscale North Scottsdale. The property is elevated and sits on half an acre with incredible views of the McDowell Mountains. Spend quiet evenings soaking in the hot tub and take in all the nature that the Sonoran Desert offers, including our iconic saguaro cacti and a variety of desert wildlife. The professionally furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is perfect for those that want to truly experience Scottsdale and the Sonoran Desert. The outdoor entertaining space includes a hot tub, kiva fireplace, propane grill, outdoor dining table and seating area. Our open concept floorplan has two spacious living areas. Each living area has its own Samsung 65" 4K UHD Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other media apps for your entertainment. Our WiFi connection is up to 150 Mbps download / up to 10 Mbps upload. The kitchen includes top end appliances, including a ZLINE 48" Professional Gas Burner/Electric Oven, microwave and coffee bar with Keurig coffeemaker. We also provide a wide variety of cookware, dishes and spices. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, modern freestanding tub, shower, double vanity and large walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom includes a queen size bed and the second guest room includes two twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and dressers. We had a fantastic stay with family in January, escaping the winter weather back home. The house is beautifully and comfortably decorated, and the outdoor fireplace, hot tub and views were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Mountain View’s, bbq, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and evening hot tubbing made for a perfect family celebration. Trailhead nearby made location desirable. Clean, comfy, and well stocked - we were impressed. Neil was responsive to all questions. 👍

Excellent location in North Scottsdale. Easy access to the golf courses and the hike & bike trails. Great option if you want to golf a couple of days while visiting Spring Training. Property is immaculate. Quiet neighborhood. Host makes the check-in and out process simple. We’ll be back.

Great property in a fantastic location. Hiked and biked in Browns Ranch, Granite Mountain and McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Bike shop was 5 min from house and was a short ride direct to the trails from the house. Golf nearby is awesome - Rancho Manana and Troon North and many more. Lots of great restaurants within a 15 min drive. Could have used some glass wine glasses, rather than plastic!

Fantastic house.

This is exactly as clean, spacious, beautiful, comfortable, etc. as you would think from the pictures. I highly recommend it - especially if you are in town to hike and/or play golf. The location is ideal for those things. It is a 20 minute drive to the heart of Scottsdale, but there are plenty of great places to eat and drink within 10-15 minutes. The hot tub is clean, easy to use and has a great view. Loved it.

Having never visited the area previously we thought we would spend a few days in the north Scottsdale area before heading up to Sedona. This is a great property with lovely views from a fabulous patio and from spacious interior rooms. The property is spotlessly clean and features a palatial master bedroom with en-suite, with two further bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner is very responsive and helpful via email which made booking this stay incredibly easy.

We have traveled all over the world and stayed in some of the nicest upscale hotels. We have also stayed in several VRBOs. This home rivals all of them. Very well done. Beautiful. Upon entering the home I received two comments. 1. "Wow" 2. "Dad you did good!!!" (The things you want to hear.) Decorated in a very tasteful way. Excellent for a family as a retreat or for 3 couples as a golfing getaway. We stayed for a week after Christmas for renewal and relaxation. As my older son said "This place is super awesome". It is worth it and you will be hard pressed to find anything wrong. Excellent location in North Scottsdale. Close to all of the items you may require. Very quiet and relaxing. The common layout with the two seating areas do not conflict with each other. Home is appointed well. NIce linens and accessories. KItchen is well done. We ate in 90% of the time and found we lacked nothing. We asked Neil to provide a crock pot which he immediately did and we both cooked in it and used it for a sous vide for preparing steaks for the grill. Outdoor seating area is very nice and the hot tub which the family took advantage of was a real treat. Having the ability to park our car in a garage was also a plus. This owner has this home as well as one in Old Scottsdale and Sedona. The owner directly manages and maintains this home and the other properties and that direct care and pride of ownership clearly shows. Highly recommend that you stay in Niel and Beth's offerring.
