There is a fee of $50 per pet. No pit bulls, rottweilers, German shepards or other aggressive dogs. No dogs over 60 pounds. You are responsible for cleaning up dog messes in yard. We are energy conscious people. We have a 8KW, 22 panel, solar array on the roof to help offset the home's energy use. We use a smart thermostat. This is a non-smoking residence.
