Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying that we come to Gulf Shores at least once a year. We needed a 4/4 to accommodate two couples and two singles and this house provided that. Anything else would be a bonus. We arrived at 3 pm and the cleaning crew was still there. No problem we went to Surf Style for a while. When we returned at about 4 pm they were still cleaning but almost done. Supposedly the renters before us left a big mess and left late. When we were able to get in I checked everything out. It appeared the dishwasher was not working. The renters before us had reported it they said and they were trying to get someone out to fix it. Repair man came and couldn’t fix it. It finally got replaced on Tuesday. No communication I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. So I missed two days on the beach waiting on the dishwasher to get fixed. I also noticed that the house was not very clean. Part of the kitchen counter tops had not even been wiped down and there was sand on all of the table tops in the living room. The floors had sand on them as well. The cleaning lady didn’t vacuum up the sand on the floors just mop. The white baseboards have a build up of black dirt on them. Overall the house needs a good deep cleaning. We also had to clean the gas grill to use it. I’m only saying all of this so the owner can see what they are getting. On the positive side the house has a good floor plan. A well stocked kitchen and under the house area is good. I had never rented from GS Vacations before and doubt that I will again.

Furniture was comfortable, ample seating. I don’t know what brand of mattresses they are, but the beds were amazing. Kitchen was very well stocked.

The house was even better than advertised! We were amazed at how easy the whole process was! We had one maintenance issue right after we got there but a maintenance person was there quickly and resolved the problem. We couldn’t have been happier with the house!!

The house was even better than advertised! We were amazed at how easy the whole process was! We had one maintenance issue right after we got there but a maintenance person was there quickly and resolved the problem. We couldn’t have been happier with the house!!

This home is a little over a year old and is well maintained and very clean We had plenty of room as each living area is spacious and open. There are five good sized bedrooms and 5 private baths, plus a half bath downstairs. We have never stay in a home that was as well-stocked as this one. It is evident that the owners have given a great deal of thought to the needs of their perspective renters. The kitchen is really a pleasure to use and has top of the line appliances. The living room window wall telescopes to open up the entire wall facing the Gulf! It brings the beauty of nature right into the home. If you book this property, you will not be disappointed!

Do South was well planned with a large gathering area for dinners, games, etc. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and related accessories. Bar area includes an ice maker which was much appreciated! While some beach chairs were included, they need upgrading or plan on bringing your own.

It's brand new with new appliances. It's also easy to find since it's the best looking house on the street. The floor plan is wide open with a wonderful view of the beach. All of the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and have their own bathrooms, which is great if you have kids. Everything you need is a short drive away. So what are you waiting for? Book your vacation here already!

Guest rooms were all spacious and each had their own bath! Stand alone ice maker spoiled our party of 12 as we were always able to cool our drinks. The beach area could not have been better. No crowds. Huge kitchen with state of the art appliances were very impressive. Nice floors. Great balcony with additional seating for casual dining was a favorite place for the kids at meal time. Spiral staircase off the balcony was brilliant design as it helped minimize the inevitable sand that comes into the house. Best feature: the glass doors that give you a panoramic view of the ocean. Great wow effect as you come in. Now open the doors and you find they collapse into themselves so you now have direct open access to the balcony overlooking the beach.

We were a party of 13 (ages 60 down to 2) and had plenty of room for all. The house was right on the beach so we were steps away from the water. The absolute only issue we had is service people showed up 2 different times without a heads up from the rental agency/property management. Once was a quick in & out to check an issue prior renters had but the 2nd time was an on/off most of the day project. The people working the project were great though.
