Great location, very new hotel, everything was very nice and the staff was really nice with everything that we needed. Food was very good also.
There were some issues with saunas, so some of them didn't work at all, and some didn't work correctly. But everything else was fine throughout our stay.

Stunning location, beautifully built hotel, parking, kids playground, very kind reception and bar staff. We haven't used the pool & spa area this time around, but it looks fantastic.
Breakfast service is a disaster - dirty dishes and cutlery (crusty food stains), no cutlery, no napkins, baby highchairs are extremely dirty (not freshly used, but old, crusty dirt, food stains and dust). No staff on hand, they're standing around or moving very slowly not doing much. Poor food choice and not being replenished regularly. Simply terrible and disappointing.
Beautiful room but the "single large bed" is in fact two single beds pushed together which means there's an uncomfortable gap in-between.
No laundry bag and some basic 4* amenities.
Reception, bar and cleaning staff are very kind, polite, and genuinely a true pleasure to come across during a stay. Breakfast staff is useless, avoiding eye contact with guests and clearly going out of their way to slack as much as possible.
The obvious lack of staff is showing in the hotel facilities maintenance. Hopefully it gets resolved soon cause it's such a beautiful hotel and location.
