Very short walk to MLB Giants Spring Training Stadium in the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale. No vehicle needed as Scottsdale's best dining, shopping, and night life are right around the corner. This is as close to Old Town Scottsdale as any single family home listing you will find. Open floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an amazing backyard! Brand New Heated Pool and Hot Tub! Hot Tub Heat Free, Pool $75/night. *Important Disclosure Before Booking* Every guest is required to review the terms and conditions associated with leasing this property. You will receive a link to click, review, and sign after you confirm your reservation on the booking channel. Please review the cancellation policy before reserving as well. Please do not reserve if you are uncomfortable signing our terms and conditions required to stay at this home. If you want to review them before booking, just inquire and ask for a copy of the terms and conditions form. *Pets 40 pounds and less are allowed: we collect $100 per pet. The home has an open, entertainer's floor plan that always invites guests to the pool and hot tub. The backyard and location cannot be beat! Guests can sense the ideal vibe in the neighborhood that only Old Town Scottsdale can create. The home is strictly used as a vacation rental so everything is set up for guests visiting for the first time. All kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. The home provides an oversized ice machine, double laundry, several games, high speed internet and a TV in nearly every room and outside. The entire property is available for guests. Guests will enter without human contact or keys, entrance will be with a code only. The home is directly across the street from the MLB Giants Spring Training Stadium in Old Town Scottsdale. The neighborhood has been around longer than most of Scottsdale's neighborhoods, so it has mature landscaping and an endless number of options for restaurants, shopping and night life! An alley on two sides of the home plus the landscaping provides more privacy than most other homes of similar size. Everything that you could ever want is a walk or short Uber ride away. We enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub and pool. The location is central to a lot of great activities. We also enjoyed the walking/biking path along the Continental Golf Course which is around the corner from the house. You can walk for miles in either direction. We hope to stay there again someday.

Check-in was very easy. The owner replied promptly to any of our questions. The backyard area was amazing. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. All the beds were really comfortable. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us. There was so much to do within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a blast hanging by the pool and in the gorgeous outdoor space. Tons of room for our group and very friendly and helpful host. Super central location - everything was a few minute Uber away. Would definitely return!

Convenient to old town and Giants ballpark; clean; well-stocked and plenty of space! Great backyard, pool, places to lounge and cook. All beds comfortable and easy to communicate with owner. Definitely recommend for groups and especially if you’re headed to spring training!

This house was just perfect. Clean, adorable, comfortable beds, just everything you need. Completely stocked with toiletries, tp, garbage bags, etc. the pool and hot tub were just awesome, the back yard so much fun with ping pong, bags, giant jenga and connect 4. The location was less than a mile to Old Town which was perfect. Check in and check out could not have been easier and hassle free. It truly was perfect for us and we loved it-highly recommend!

Everything about this house was perfect. We had three couples so the bedrooms/bathrooms worked great. The back yard was the best part. Can’t forget the location. Close to everything. And the ice machine was the cherry on top!

The house is in a great location near old town Scottsdale and the baseball park. It is on a major road but noise wasn't too bad. The house has been remodeled nicely and is very comfortable.
