Located in Tisbury, this lovely house for $670 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This beautiful Victorian home has all the charm of a true Martha’s Vineyard Gingerbread cottage combined with all of the space and amenities of a large modern home. Built in 1999 and redesigned in 2020, this home has 2,400 sf of living space with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We are just one mile from downtown Oak Bluffs, the harbor and beaches. The home is located at the very end of a quiet dead end street, offering a large well-landscaped yard that backs to beautiful trees and walking paths. A wrap-around porch with mahogany wood floors offers plenty of seating areas to enjoy the day and includes a sunroom to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. A grill and round fire-pit await you in a spacious back yard. First Floor The first floor has a spacious living room accented with mahogany wood pillars, stylish furniture and a 60in. SMART TV. There is a well-appointed kitchen with a separate dining area, and counter with seating. There is also a comfortable den in the back of the house for lounging, gaming, or taking a quick Zoom meeting. The first floor also has a full bath and laundry. There are three a/c window units on the first floor (living room, hallway, dining room). Second Floor Walk up the stairs to the spacious Master Bedroom with a comfortable balcony and Flat screen TV with Fire Stick. There are 2 additional bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms located off the main hallway. Each room is equipped with a new, efficient a/c unit. Basement The finished basement is a gem with a large 2nd Master with an en-suite, King bed (that can convert into two twins), sofa and SMART TV. There is also a cute children’s play area. Bath House Cottage The unique bath house cottage is a great place to shower coming from the beach (with a full bath) - and even has a TV and seating to get away for some quiet time. Bedrooms Master (2nd Floor), King Bed, Flat Screen TV with Fire Stick, Balcony Second Bedroom (2nd Floor), Queen Bed, SMART TV Third Bedroom (2nd Floor), Twin Beds, SMART TV Second Master (Basement), King Bed with Full Bath, SMART TV We are situated 1.5 miles from the Vineyard Haven Steamship Authority Terminal and 1 mile from the Oak Bluffs Steamship Authority Terminal, the Island Queen, and the Hyline Ferries. Need even more space and comfort? There is an additional one bedroom apartment over the garage available as an addition to your rental (for an additional rental fee https://www.vrbo.com/2211819?unitId=2776373 or as its own rental). The apartment is on the property and has a completely separate entrance and parking. It may be owner or renter occupied during your stay but there is no connection to the main house and your complete privacy will be assured. We are situated 1.5 miles from the Vineyard Haven Steamship Authority Terminal and 1 mile from the Oak Bluffs Steamship Authority Terminal, the Island Queen, and the Hyline Ferries.

Had a good time house is centrally located and as cute as the real gingerbread cottages but with the convenience of 4 bathrooms. Making my own bed in a rental was a new one especially with those steep fees but overall a nice stay.

The Mack was close to Vineyard Haven, close to Oak Bluffs, close to grocery stores, close to bus routes, close to the ferry BUT is off the main road at the dead end of a side street that gives the perfect amount of privacy and feeling of being away from it all. The house had lots of space to spread out and the host provided lots of amenities from books and games to streaming and dinnerware

We selected this house because it is located at the end of a dead-end street and there would be no traffic. We were not disappointed. The house is roomy and comfortable, our group comprised of 7 adults and 1 infant and when necessary everyone could find a place to be alone and private. The house was clean and well maintained and we enjoyed spending the week there. Everyone agreed that they had a great vacation and would rent this house again. For those who wanted to do so, the location offered a short walk into Oak Bluffs and the Inkwell beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mack and loved the energy of Oak Bluff. The house was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and the kitchen was well provisioned. It was also very conveniently located on a quiet tree-lined street. One of the best parts for us was the wrap around porch which is where we spent most of our time.
