Per The Sea Ranch Association rules, we provide 2 recreation passes per rental. Each pass can accommodate up to 6 people when fully completed. If you need additional passes beyond the 2 provided, day passes are available for $5 per person, per day at the pool kiosk or the Sea Ranch Association office.
Sea Ranch and Sonoma County Guidelines
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time, day or night.
Maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted at the home and must be parked in the driveway. No RVs are permitted.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests for this home.

This house is beautifully located and has every amenity. The deck is gorgeous with a great hot tub. There were only 2 of us but the property is set up so that 4 people could easily enjoy privacy. Cozy home like feeling. I highly recommend this property

The house was fine. It was warm and the kitchen was well appointed for all we needed to cook nice meals. The hot tub was hot. The sunset view was spectacular. But everything in the house needs an update. The furniture is old and not well arranged for using the space, the bathrooms and kitchen are low end 1990s, lighting was terrible. It’s a great house, but my favorite game of “what would you change if this was your house” was in overdrive. For the price, I expected better. The location was perfect for our needs (my mom lives very close, we wanted young kids to be able to walk between houses on their own).
