Recreation Passes:
Per The Sea Ranch Association rules, we provide 2 recreation passes per rental. Each pass can accommodate up to 6 people when fully completed. If you need additional passes beyond the 2 provided, day passes are available for $5 per person, per day at the pool kiosk or the Sea Ranch Association office.
PLEASE NOTE: After your booking is confirmed, all guests are required to complete and sign the rental agreement before arrival. Additional information and instructions will be provided after booking.
Sea Ranch and Sonoma County Guidelines
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time, day or night.
Maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted at the home and must be parked in the driveway. No RVs are permitted.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests for this home.

We’ve been going to Sea Ranch for over 40 years and always rent through Beach Rentals because they are friendly, knowledgable and there when you need them. When we had trouble with the TV they sent someone over right away. We love Lupine house because it’s small but comfortable, efficient, full of light, close to our favorite beaches and walks.

Wonderful location with great birding and walking oppourtunities. House was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. We trekked up to Point Arena to eat at Gama and to buy baked goodies at Pelican Bread!

We stay at Lupine every year — it has a great layout for a small family and is very close to a wonderful tidepooling beach and playground. Unfortunately it needs a refresh badly — the window seat, couch, and master bed are long past their lifespans. With some updates, we hope to keep staying here for years to come!
