Located in Carolina Beach, this attractive house for $625 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. You will fall in love with this oceanfront, first floor duplex! It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths in 1637 square feet. You will find this beachfront home to be bright, spacious and wonderfully appointed to gather with friends and family. The main living area has 2 seating areas to accommodate both those who just want to sit and talk and those who want to relax and watch TV after a day on the beach. Enjoy amazing panoramic views from the open design of the main living area. It even makes doing dishes enjoyable! Spend time relaxing and dining on the multi-tiered outdoor decks. The oceanfront, saltwater pool is right off the deck. You are only steps away from the private beach walkway going out over the gorgeous dunes. Close enough to the boardwalk to see the fireworks from the oceanfront deck in summer! Three spacious carpeted bedrooms can accommodate up to 11 people. 1st Bedroom- 2 twin over full bunk beds 2nd Bedroom-King Bed 3rd Bedroom-King Bed (has ensuite bathroom, twin sleeper chair, & private street-view deck) All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with Roku enabled TVs along with a cable essentials channel package. High-speed internet access is available for the unit. Other amenities include a gas grill, a large hot and cold outdoor shower/changing area and an outdoor storage closet provided for all your beach gear. Come experience this beautiful no smoking and no pets unit for a relaxing beach getaway. Don’t miss out on this gem---Reserve Now! Linens will be provided for your stay. This includes a towel and washcloth for 11 people as this is what the unit states it sleeps. Each bathroom has a bath mat, and a hand towel. Each bathroom has a hand soap dispenser that will be filled prior to each stay. For the kitchen, pot holders, 2 dishcloths and 2 dish towels are included. Hand soap, dish washing liquid and a couple dishwasher pods will be provided and a fresh sponge for each stay. A roll of paper towels and a toilet paper for each bathroom will be present to start you off. Parking for the unit can accommodate several small to midsize vehicles (4 to 6). 3 large trucks or full-size SUVs would be max allowed due to some parking being below the house between the pilings. Pool is generally open May through October 15 with hours of 9a-9p. Memorial Day through Labor Day are weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday). Nightly rentals are available during this time within 10 days of the arrival date if the week is still vacant, but still require a 2 to 3 night minimum. Nightly minimums during other times are generally 2-3 nights unless around holiday which requires a 4 night minimum. Monthly rentals are available during January and February upon request.

Weekend Getaway
You can't beat the views this property has of the beach. Sitting out on the deck watching the waves crash while enjoying breakfast or lunch is as relaxing as it gets. Brandi is super responsive and easy to work with.

We went back and forth between this house and another one on a higher floor. We decided on this one since we could walk off the back deck directly to the beach access path or the pool, never having to go down the interior stairs. With 4 young kids, it was the right call!! You still have a great view of the water, you just can't see the actual beach.

From the first time I messaged about this property until check out, the owners were extremely responsive with any questions. The house itself was directly on the beach with a wonderful in-ground pool (which was completely fenced, you had to actually go off the patio to get to the pool gate which made me feel so much safer with my little ones!) the house was clean and located by so many great places to eat and the aquarium! We will definitely come back to this property! We loved it!!

I absolutely loved this beach house! My friends and I have been visiting Carolina Beach for years and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. It was the perfect location, we were able to walk to the boardwalk for dinner and were right on the beach. I hope to book again!

The pictures didn’t really do this condo justice, it is very spacious, and the layout was perfect for 2 families traveling together. We were traveling with toddlers so having an enclosed outdoor space on the back deck was a very nice bonus. The view is incredible! When you’re in the kitchen, dining room or living room you have a perfect ocean view. The location doesn’t get any better, it was a very short walk to and from the beach. Also very walkable to local shops and restaurants. We highly recommend renting a golf cart for your stay, it was so much fun! Our ONLY downside to our stay was that the town did not get out in time to inspect the pool to open it for the season. Before arriving we had asked if it would be open and Brandi said yes. The pool appeared to be very clean and ready to go, if the owners had it their way it would have been open for us. Brandi was straightforward and professional about the situation, she apologized and offered a small refund. Couldn’t have asked them to handle it any better than that. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Carolina Beach, the space is fantastic and the owners really seem to care about the quality of their guests stay.
