Modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, private patio with a Weber gas grill, and hot tub access. Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second 2 twin bedroom has private access to the bathroom. Open floor plan living room includes a queen sofa bed and private patio access. Includes 2 designated parking spaces. We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay. 57 Robber's Roost offers five fully equipped, well-appointed condominiums, in the center of Moab. We are located just one half-block off Center and Main Streets. 57 Robber's Roost offers the convenience of being within a minute’s walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment, bicycle wash and hot tub all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside. If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab. Guests have private access to the entire unit 2 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 2. The bike wash and hot tub are shared with the other 4 units in the building. The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure. Perfect location. Super clean and well equipped. Kitchen stuff we’ll organized and drawers labelled. Mountain bike friendly with locker and even a little workbench area for bike repairs.

Came to Moab for our annual sister trip and this place worked great for the 5 of us. Space is well laid out and there was plenty of room for us all. Beds were super comfy, the pull out couch leans back a bit so we had to use extra pillows to stay flat. Recommend they add a few items for their kitchen as it was a bit difficult to cook some items. Be sure to stop and see what’s available before you go shopping. Overall, it was a great place and perfect spot as you are less than 1/2 block from Main Street. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at this condo while we were visiting Arches and Canyonland National Park. It was close to everything. We love having a homebase to come back and relax after hiking. We walked to dinner a few nights. Condo was clean and just as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Moab.

The location was perfect just a half block off of main. The unit was just as shown in photos. Had some challenges figuring out how to turn on the lights (too many switches) and the coffee maker was not operating properly. We did not cook as there are so many options for dining. Breakfast at Moab Diner, dinners at Dewey’s and Broken Oar were all very good. The drives to Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point SP, and Fisher Towers were spectacular. And the Western Movie museum at Red Cliffs Lodge is a must see. We visit Moab often and would recommend this rental to friends and family.

We enjoyed coming back to the condominium in the evening after a long day exploring Moab and hiking Arches many trails. It was very clean and offered everything we needed and more. We also loved the location. We were in walking distance of so many restaurants, coffee houses and shops. This is a property that we would definitely stay at again.

I highly recommend booking this property if you are visiting Moab. The location is ideal. The condition and space of the condo was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and were super happy with everything. The owner was great with the little communication we had. We could walk to dinner, Paddle Moab and to grab coffee in the morning. I was not in the large hotels, but I would be shocked if they were as nice as this unit. Book this today!

This condo was better than expected. Less than a block off the Main Street in Moab with restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. Tucked away in a quaint nook, this condo was laid out very nice with a large kitchen for cooking. Super comfy beds! Would totally recommend!

This condo was one block off bustling Main Street. After days driving through national parks, it was great to park at the condo and walk around to local shops and dining. The size was perfect as our teens had their own room and bathroom. Nice and spacious!
