We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay. 57 Robber's Roost offers five fully equipped, well-appointed condominiums, in the center of Moab. We are located just one half-block off Center and Main Streets. 57 Robber's Roost offers the convenience of being within a minute’s walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment, bicycle wash and hot tub all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside. If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab. Guests have private access to the entire unit 1 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 1. The bike wash and hot tub are shared with the other 4 units in the building. The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to get to the national parks or wherever they plan to go. Comfortable and clean. Although the condo is located in parking lot, it was quiet and private. Being so close to Main Street was great, easy access to shops. Great communication with property manager. Would rent again.

Location was super! One block from downtown, we parked the car at the condo and walked everywhere! Quiet location and only 6 miles to Arches National Park. Condo was very comfortable and clean and well equipped. Might suggest they have a couple of more chairs on the porch.

Spent a week in Utah in mid July 2023 hitting the Big 5 National Parks. We started with a two night stay at this nice little condo in Moab. Great place to relax and wind down after a hot day of exploring and hiking. Close to downtown shops, restaurants, etc. Had one very minor issue that isn't even worth mentioning, but I do so, because Kali was so quick to respond and remedy the issue. Would definitely stay here again!

4 Seniors on a trip to 5 Utah National Parks. This was our home base to visit Arches and Canyonlands the last of our parks. It was spacious, clean and well located in the cute town of Moab. We walked to the town 2 blocks every morning and night for breakfast and dinner in local restaurants and enjoyed browsing in shops featuring local artists. A very enjoyable 3-night stay at the end of our week long travels.

Great place to stay, very convenient to walk in town after sight seeing in the vehicle all day! Very nice to be able to park and be able to walk to many different restaurants for dinner. This property met all expectations. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. Plenty of room for our family of four to spread out. It had everything that we needed for our stay. We loved being right in town. We could walk to restaurants and then it was a short drive to the national parks. Check in and out was a breeze. Definitely recommend!!!

This property worked well for our first visit to Moab. We were only a few miles from Arches National Park, and walking distance to a number of eateries, gift shops, etc. It is a well laid out property with plenty of room. It also had plenty of "start off" items which gave us time to shop for additional items.

Top quality property--ensuite tile/granite bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, well stocked kitchen, comfortable/attractive furniture, patio with grill. First floor unit was quiet during a full-occupancy weekend. Ample parking. Clean/well-maintained community hot tub.Terrific communication from owners, with seamless electronic communication about check-in/check-out. Highly recommended!

Privately tucked away one half block from the noise and traffic of Moab's Main Street on Moab's Center Street (Main and Center)! Easy to stroll Main Street for the eclectic shops and the many restaurants. A hidden gem. Host was very responsive to needs and to questions. We will be back. 5+++++

The property was exactly as described and met all of our needs for the perfect weekend of biking and hiking. We were comfortable, everything was clean, and well stocked. We were two couples and the home provided for a wonderful space to cook and spend time together while also offering privacy and space. We really hope to stay at this property again next year!

The property was clean, quiet,, and very conveniently located. Our host was very attendant to our needs as the internet and tv had issues the 1st couple of days. Someone was there trying to make repairs ASAP. The location is ideal. The town which has many restaurants and shopping was only a 1 minute walk and your in the thick of it. We would definitely stay there again.
