This vintage beauty has a rustic yet modern feel it’s been completely renovated. Theres Tons of space in this magical retreat for you and your family to enjoy. Our home features a second master bungalow large enough to feel like its own secluded hideaway. Dining room is spacious enough to seat 8, with a newly renovated fully-stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances! Let’s welcome $100 fee per pet The space Note**********^ Safety of our guests and colleagues is one of our top priorities, rest assured the home is completely sanitized, cleaned and disinfected meticulously thoroughly between all bookings/guests. We are also fully ventilating the proptery during that time frame. ^******** The home is located 2 mins of the 99 freeway in the college area, the most desirable and sought after neighborhood in Modesto. It's minutes from downtown and the Gallo Center. It's 3 blocks from Doctors Medical Center and a 7 minute drive to Memorial Hospital. 15 mins from Turlock and about 30 from Tracy/Stockton. The home is walking distance to many of Modesto's finest restaurants and a local organic grocery store, Starbucks, and boutique shops. The space is equipped with central heat and air, blazing fast WIFI download capabilities, 3 oversized flat screen TVs, cable and smart tv for all your viewing needs. New washer and dryer (we supply soaps and fabric softener.) The home is suited for solo traveler and families alike. Guest access 24 hour check in is available via smart lock, If I'm not available to meet at check-in time a smart key code will be sent to you. You'll have full access to all amenities in the home, as it's all for your pleasure. Check out is at 11am. Late checkouts may be possible, only available upon request and is not guaranteed. My home was designed and crafted especially with our guests in mind. Please enjoy but also respect the home. No smoking inside, no parties. Other things to note Safety of our guests and colleagues is one of our top priorities, rest assured the home is sanitized and completely cleaned and disinfected between all guests. We are pet friendly, the fee for a pet is $100 per pet, this must be disclosed before booking, if failure to notify us of there will be automatic charge of $100 The home has real wood floors please be careful of dropping objects it damages and chips easy. Trash is on Thursday mornings so please take the cans to the street. We have a portable pack and play available with advanced notice. Our property comes with a fully stocked coffee and tea bar with sugars and creamer. Located in the living room is a smart-home speaker device for playing your favorite tunes, asking for driving directions, what the weather is outside or any other random fun fact you'd like to know: if you haven't used one I'd suggest giving it a shot. We have beach cruisers available with advance notice as well. Bike trail behind the home leads you to market and restaurants just blocks away!

I knew the moment we drove up to the front of the home, this would be the perfect place for our stay. Our family was in Modesto for a wedding, and we decided to get a Vrbo rather than stay in a hotel with everyone else. From the front porch swing to the comfortable beds. From the beautiful indoor accents to the gorgeous, mature trees throughout the neighborhood. This was an ideal home for a fabulous, family weekend! Thank you.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this beautiful house, which truly is centrally located. Everything that we needed was included: plenty of towels, even soap, shampoo and conditioner. Linens were fresh and a good quality; we slept as comfortably as if we were in our own house. We stayed for a long weekend for our son's wedding and all wedding-related events were in Modesto and within a short distance of this house. We didn't have to drive far for groceries and, most importantly, there are several coffee places within a short drive. We were visiting from out of state, so it was a nice treat to try different coffee shops. Communication with the owner was easy and all of our questions were addressed very promptly. Thank you for making our stay hassle-free and for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We stayed at the house and loved the neighborhood, cleanliness and organization of the home. We appreciated having family come over from the area to the rental home and visit in a comfortable space where we were able to enjoy restful sleep and room for the kids to run around and play in. The beds were neatly made and comfortable and there were more than enough towels for the entire family for the 4 nights we stayed. The entire space felt very relaxing, clean and comfortable. Thank you to the host and cleaners for making the entire stay worry free and completely relaxing.

The home was in a gorgeous neighborhood that was so quiet. The home was so clean and the rooms very comfortable. We only had one issue of the code not working to get into the home and it was about an hour before the host was able to contact us back but after that we had no issues. It was only an issue because we had the baby who was tired and hungry. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home! It's also very close to a wonderful park and shops/restaurants.

Nice house in a charming neighborhood convenient to downtown as well as shopping. However, trash can was overflowing on our arrival, shower curtain was not big enough to contain spray from shower, and there were no hooks or towel racks in the main bathroom.

Right next to great hike/bike trail. Good communication with property owner. Overall good experience but could have been great. Stayed for a month and had so me issues: master shower needs work/plumbing, oven stopped working, front door access panel kept breaking, needs new mattresses. Criticism aside, price is reasonable for location and size of house.
