The star of the show is the host Heather of course. She was very lovely, welcoming, and helpful with everything we needed, giving us very good recommendations. She also makes great breakfast!
The property itself is great, you have a parking in the back and a shared refrigerator to store what you need. The room was very large, with a big comfortable bed, and private bathroom. It's a 15 minute drive to Zion park, and the option for early grab and go breakfast lets you beat the others to the parking lot.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
No really a dislike, just a thing to note, the rooms are at the second floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

I was blown away by the special attention I received from the hosts. These hosts are incredible human beings and attentive to every need. In addition, the hosts made excellent recommendations for things I didn’t even know I needed or wanted such as restaurants, appropriate gear for specific hikes and where to rent them, parking options, scenic choices to streamline the experience to my intentions, and even a local mechanic. I had never been to the area before and the hosts gave me strong recommendations, which were all on-point. The hosts inquired about my food preferences before arrival and honored my wishes with delicious choices. I arrived as a guest and left as friends.
The room I reserved has a magnificent view of beautiful mountains right in the backyard and a different red mountain seen out of a side window. The space is staged with exquisite taste and comfortable functionality. The bed was like sleeping on an cloud and I felt very relaxed in the room, as well as throughout the common areas of the house.
The location is perfect for entrance into the park and many restaurants and shopping just a short distance down the road….but enough away from the busy touristy areas to unwind with peace and respite after exploring the park all day during a high travel season with masses of visitors.
I highly recommend this place and plan on definitely returning when I travel in the area again! ❤️

Very convenient to the main Zion entrance and restaurants. Great trip planning organized by Heather, the proprietor. Invaluable.
The parking lot was a bit tight.
