The rooms were very nice, comfortable and quiet. The staff were accommodating, friendly and super helpful. The location was perfect for access to the wedding and other locations in port of spain. We were happy with our stay

The quality of the food such as the breakfast could be improved as it was very basic. To be honest this was our only mid rating. We were very happy otherwise.

Staff were friendly. Nice rooms Pool better area than it looked

Room was disappointing for price, we had multiple issues. They did move us but I’d expect a room to have hot water without asking. Breakfast was disappointing Staff were friendly but felt was just about wanting tips eg ‘signing’ for included breakfast just so they could ask for a tip or being charged service for me picking up a can and someone scanning it. For £200+ a night I’d expect more tbh
