I stayed at this hotel this past weekend. I traveled from jamaica , it was so easy to get to from the airport, the room was clean and comfortable and to be honest everything was perfect. I loved staying here and it is just walking distance from the shopping centers and main stores. I highly recommend

The breakfast was okay. Not a lot of options that we liked. I couldn't eat cold cuts since I'm pregnant and all I could really eat were fruits and bread. More cooked meat options would be great. We loved the pool and the surrounding area (shops). The hotel lounge was very pretty and really high-end looking.
I did not like the bed or the linen that was used. I requested for new linens and the pillow case smelled like it was not washed. It smelled like it was used the night before and they just saved money and did not change it. It smelled really bad. Good thing I always bring my own pillow to use. But it was really stinky. We could have asked for someone to change it but when we realized the smell it was so late at night and we did not have the energy to call and wait for someone to come fix. I just thought that since I requested it ahead, it would have been honored.

Large spacious room,very good location. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Close to airport and cruise port.
Room was not clean. Dirty floors and tables. Shower did not work well and door gaped open so water spilled onto floor.
Called room service about the floor,someone came and lightly passed a mop in small area which did nothing. I redid bathroom floor and area where we walked with wash cloths.Showed the very dirty wash cloths to management. They apologized and gave us extra reward points and would take it up with housekeeping.
