It’s new, clean, and conveniently located near the FLL airport
Fire alarm went off as soon as I checked in close to midnight. Got to the lobby and it’s a false alarm. So annoying

Convenient for cruise port. Comfortable bed. Good shower etc. Breakfast staff and food both excellent.
Staff a little disinterested at reception.Charged for parking when I had no car. Removed from invoice when I questioned this but still charged my credit card.

Front employees were nice. The facility itself is just ok room was smelly but comfortable. Bathroom faucet was falling off Shower door was a joke.
The advertised breakfast is HORRIBLE. The staff could not speak English the offering g was poor at best NO HOT entrees items were either missing or out with no replacement the neighborhood was shakey at best the hotel was laid out poorly and no worth considering going back. Not worth the money we paid. Keep this place in your rear view mirror. Never coming back. We get a better breakfast anywhere else than this place.

The Hotel was beautiful
There was construction all around you couldn’t relax or sleep. That was not mentioned when speaking with the reservation line or doing check -in. I requested to cancel the second night it was ignored.

Everything was great and the convenience of being able to go between both the AC Hotel and the Marriott made it easy to grab a late night meal after driving up from Key West to fly out the next day! Also, very close to the Ft. Lauderdale Airport! :)
Only two complaints, one, getting into each hotel for the amenities was not that easy, we kept going through the parking garage, and two, there was an early morning fire alarm, but the staff was on top of it!

The staff was really friendly and helpful! Especially Rixi she helped me out a good amount and gave me great recommendations. Really enjoyed my stay here and will be coming back.

I just had joint surgery and the BED WAS HORRIBLE...WASN'T ABLE TO SLEEP WELL AT ALL.

The hotel is very close to the airport and is right next to a fabulous outdoor mall with lots of food choices. We were able to walk to and from dinner. There is a great little restaurant/bar with covered balcony to sit and enjoy a drink. Everything was clean and comfortable!

It’s an absolutely beautiful property. It’s close to the airport and lots of shopping walking distance from the hotel. Plus we were able to check in early which was so nice.
Guests shouldn’t have to pay for parking. We have paid to stay at the property.

Great location, friendly staff
I was charged for breakfast they offer, which I didn't like, we thought it was complimentary when the lady asked if we purchased the breakfast I told her not sure if it was included with our room, so she looked it up before we had went over to the good, I told her that if we didn't have it I don't want it as it wasn't worth the 16.00 each person, she turned around and said no, you guys are good, thinking she meant it was included, nope it got charged to my room, 43.00 with the tax ..
