Everything was near from the hotel. Airport, places to eat, and also had parking space.

The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and multiple electrical outlets. I love the layout of the room.
The location was excellent, shopping and dining were within walking distance.
Limited selection for breakfast.

The new room was lovely but see issues below.
The new room was lovely but had obviously not been checked before it had its first occupants, us. The bedside lights didn't work, the door deadbolt was faulty, the rear of the shower head wasn't sealed correctly and was squirting the ceiling. The fridge still had some packaging on it and the aircon unit. The sink plug didn't engage and seal.
We weren't told we were staying in a building site. The place was a mess and every lift we took we were sharing with construction workers and equipment moving from floor to floor.
Constant banging while they were working.
The horrific noise from I95 kept us awake why doesn't it have secondary glazing.
Breakfast was like being in a school canteen with rows of tables. Food was good though.
Sadly we were disappointed overall.
