Nestled in Flagstaff, this attractive house for $479 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Walking distance to NAU and downtown Flagstaff. This warm and inviting mountain home is perched above historic downtown in the most desirable neighborhood in Flagstaff. But do not take our word for it, you should see this place for yourself! When you walk in the door, you will be rewarded with amazing views of the mountains and the city! The large picture windows can open and let in plenty of the cool mountain air. This home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, sunroom, kitchen, family room, and an outdoor patio with a BBQ. The dining area has seating for 8. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with anything needed to cook a nice meal. The large family room has 2 pull-out beds, a queen, and a king. We have also left many games and books for you to enjoy! BEDROOMS: The master bedroom includes a king bed and a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom includes another queen bed. These three bedrooms are small and cozy. The upstairs can comfortably sleep 6 and includes a washer and dryer. The highlight of the upper floor is without a doubt our family room with its wide opening windows, which invite you to relax with their breathtaking views! Our balcony offers additional seating outside, for those who want to have a full outdoor experience, with an additional big BBQ grill ready for your use! Following the staircase, to the lower level, you will have access to the second living room with two big and comfortable couches as well as a flat-screen smart TV. On this level, we also have a big variety of different books and games that are available for your entertainment as well as an old-school arcade system with multiple different games. The couches can be converted into additional sleeping spaces, turning into a king and a queen bed. From here you can access the third living room by stepping into the lower floor. On this level we have a fully equipped and independent apartment, with its own kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. The living room offers another, even bigger couch than the previous one, which again can be converted into yet another additional sleeping space and its own flat-screen smart TV. All our TVs have the most common streaming services and their apps pre-installed for your convenience. Simply log into your personal accounts and catch up on your favorite shows during your stays! Our open space concept makes it easy to use this floor with a bigger group without being crowded. We also have an additional murphy bed which opens into a queen-sized bed for additional and optional sleeping space. Towards the rear, we have our dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and full bathroom. On the lowest floor, you will find the last of our bedrooms which comes with a comfortable king-sized bed. In here you will find more books and games for you to enjoy. Every single floor has its own private entrance giving you as much privacy as needed during your stay. On top of that, we have a big backyard and patio area, with a second BBQ grill and more seating options for you to enjoy! Feel free to explore, maybe you can find our "secret" relaxation spot with a hammock, tucked away within the trees! Our big patio offers lots of space for outdoor activities. It is our favorite spot to engage in artistic expression with street chalk, we are sure that the younger members of your group will agree with us!

Our family got together for Christmas early. This home was perfect for our family. Different levels allowed each family to have their space. Kitchen is well equipped. The sunset into the dinning room was amazing!! Thank you for hosting us! We will be back.

This home was fabulous! We slept 8 adults very comfortable between the number of bedrooms and hidden beds throughout the home! Pull out couches and even a murphy bed took us by surprise and left everyone sleeping comfortably.
The proximity to downtown Flagstaff was perfect. It's a simple walk downhill and you're to San Francisco street within a couple of minutes. We did opt to take Uber's home, as walking up that big hill at night didn't seem too safe by foot.
The house was equipped with everything we needed. The owners have every cabinet labeled, which made it easy to find things and easy to put things back!
The design of the home was so neat. I've never seen a home designed this way! There were several staircases that led to different levels of the home.

We are a group of 7 adults who came to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona and chose to stay in Flagstaff due to being a centralized location to our places of interest. This house was the perfect home base for us. Very spacious with 4 bedrooms (3 on the main floor and one in the lower level apartment area). Large kitchen equipped with everything you need to make meals. Plenty of seating throughout the home - bright sunroom area with large windows, family room with large leather couches and a spacious back deck with lots of shade. Everyone in our group said the beds were comfortable. The arcade system was a fun addition, we had a Pac-Man tournament during one evening of our stay.
The house is walking distance from downtown but note it is at the top of the hill so the walk back up is a little steep. We walked into town one night for dinner and another day to just walk around. There are lots of unique shops and restaurants and we also came across a large farmers market on Sunday morning which had some delicious food truck options.
We would love to come back to explore the area some more and would not hesitate to stay in this home again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The house was very clean, and the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped for a rental. The layout was unusual, with 4 levels, but for our three generations it worked well. I loved the half mile walk into town for morning coffee and the view of the city from the living room windows at night.

Stayed here with some friends and family for a fun winter break. House is very big with plenty of room for kids to run around in one of the 3 living room areas. Inside is well appointed and updated decor. Very clean and well managed by Mass and his team.
The only thing this house is missing is a hot tub. If it had a hot tub out on the back deck it would be the perfect winter rental.

The house is large and clean. We were two families with four small children and we never felt cramped. It’s close to everything with beautiful views of the town out the back windows. The host was very easy to get a hold of, friendly and accommodating. We would stay again.

While this property does have some good qualities, covered by other reviews, our stay was overshadowed by the negative qualities that all future renters should be aware of. The first night of our Thanksgiving stay we had just two couples staying on the main floor. Once we figured out how to work the numerous heating contraptions, it was quite comfortable and despite the very old mattresses, the beds were comfortable. It should be noted that the master bathroom sink has a VERY slow drain indicating some clogging. The shower nozzle is loose and does not stay put leaving you with a choice of a very cold or a scorching hot shower. The kitchen faucet is also very loose, handle with care as it will fall off soon. While the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated NOTHING else has. It is very dated and the curled edges of the worn rugs pose tripping hazards for elderly people. When we ventured to the lower level to prepare it for family arriving the next evening we discovered multiple issues. First, the listing indicates there are several couches that fold out to beds. Be warned these do not come with linens. There are some old, dirty blankets and pillows in a musty basement closet we were told we could use (no thank you). If you want to use these beds bring your own linens (we had to go out and purchase them). The heater in the lower master bedroom does not work properly. There must be some trick to it as it randomly works with hot or cold air blowing out. I asked the property manager for better operation instructions and was told there is a thermostat on the wall. In fact, there is no thermostat on the wall or anywhere else in the room. Thankfully, there were only men sleeping on the lower level so they managed. The first morning of our stay we realized that even though we paid a cleaning fee, we in fact would have to clean nearly every dish we used. Every pot, pan and cooking utensil had crusted and non-crusted food on it. The previous renters clearly had eggs as it was still present on the spatula. Lip marks on the glasses, etc. On Thanksgiving morning, the first person to use to lower level bathroom discovered that when they flushed the toilet, raw sewage came up into the shower. I messaged the property manager immediately and told him that since it was a holiday we would just forgo the third bathroom for our visit instead of costing him the holiday repair expense. However, we should have requested the repair since he still p

Nice place - no A/c
The property was clean and the neighborhood was very nice for our stay. For the most part the listing was advertised however it had VERY POORLY WORKING A/C. My group was here in the summer during a hot few days in the 90s and the 2 wall units that the property has did not adequately cool the house. We called the manager who responded quickly with a call to the A/C guy who told my group he had received multiple calls to this house with the same complaint. Short story - the air conditioning in place is not adequate for this house, and that was not represented in the listing. Otherwise it was a nice property and we had a nice stay.
