Wonderful and tranquil.

It was amazing value for money. Beautiful building and roof terrace with amazing views. One of my favourite places in Mallorca!

Cozy place with beautiful terrace but no AC

We had room on the highest floor which was very cozy with nice view and right next to beautiful terrace.

The only negative was that AC did not work and shower also stopped working from time to time for short period of times. There was also a lot of construction going on around the property. We were there June 2023.

Noisy building site

Comfortable bed

The hotel is surrounded by a building site which won't be going away soon. No communication on this from the owners & no response. The noise was too much for me.

don’t take children to this room because of the potential toxicity

perfect location, but there was a huge construction site right outside the building while I was staying there. The beds were pretty comfortable. and the check in process through a lockbox was hasslefree. since there is no reception, it was hard to make the staff aware of the problem.

there were no windows to the outside in my room (nr. 1) and there was a constant smell of gasoline inside the room, which made me check out early because it was causing a headache.

Great location but poor management

nice building, large room perfect location, next to the main street and a free parking

besides that the walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear your neighbours, the management is clearly lacking professionalism. i arrived at the hotel at around 6.05pm as mentioned when i booked and there was already a person in the room that was assigned to me. i called both phone numbers that was provided on a sign at the reception area. i called the 1st number 5 or 6 times with no answer and the 2nd one was straight to voicemail (a nice lady called me back 1h later saying that she does not work at the hotel but know the owner and can contact him for me...). in the meantime i was able to reach the owner via a 3rd phone number, the one in the booking.com app. he told me to check if the room across the one i was suppose to stay was open, and no it was close so he said that he will come at the hotel in 10min. Finally after 45min 2 ladies (i suppose part of the cleaning staff) came and checked if a 3rd room was open which was so they just told me to stay there (i left the room soon after to explore the city and have dinner so I don't know if there were some guests that were supposed to stay in that room and had to deal with the same trouble as I did). Be aware that luckily it was on a saturday and apparently the reception is not available on phone on sunday....

This place has a potential to be amazing. Just needs some loving attention from owners

The location of this hotel is really beautiful. Loved the terrace

The hotel was undergoing some maintenance, so the downstairs area looked messy; once it's finished I'm sure it will be a very pleasant space, however, during our stay it was unfortunately like going through a building site to get to our room. Shower was also very temperamental, sometimes the pressure would just drop randomly.

Scam

Room wasnt ready, unmade and dirty, nobody in hotel or on phone so had to go elsewhere, no communication and they won’t refund me , AVOID!

Very good

Comfortable bed, nice view, great location. Beautiful view from the terrace.

Heating didn't work. It was quite cold during the night (January) in the rooftoproom.

Very good

Cozy hotel, with terrace on the rooftop and incredible views. Heating (aircon) was working perfectly, very comfortable bed, windows resisted the storm that happened when we arrived.

No shampoo, shower gel, only hand soap. We arrived at night and there's no reception, so the empty hotel looked a bit spooky, but it's also cause no one is here in December I think. Rooftop was leaking a bit after the rain, we had the highest floor.

Pleasant

Great Location and good looking building.

The room was extremely humid and the agency who managed the room was a mess. I met two more guests and both had problems with the keys and the room assignation. Can't be a self check-in so hard to handle.

Basic accomodation in heart of Arta

Free public parking area 5 min walk from hotel, air conditioning, excellent location and right next to the main street in Artà, easy communication with staff via WhatsApp and convenient self-check-in as we had arrived late. Upstairs terasse is nice. Hotel itself is also quite nice but quite deserted in a spooky kind of way .

Hard to set water temperature for the shower, we were on the top floor (Room 9) and there were no black out curtains (needed to sleep with eye masks) although there were apparently shutters in our friends' room and the stairs were sloping downwards so hard to climb. Unfortunately, the water also stopped for 2 hours in the morning on the day we were expected to check out which was not convenient. I thought the bed and pillow was comfy but husband claimed pillows too flat.

Great location at the top of the old town, great for walking out for meals, shops,

Some traffic and talking noise if you leave the window open, but only an issue if your looking for total silence, which you get with the window closed

Good value for money

The hotel was very convenient for Arta and well priced. The roof terrace was lovely. The staff were helpful (through whatsapp).

The room was small, but had what I needed. It would have been nice to have had coffee facilities as there was no restaurant. My original room was at the top of the hotel and very hot as the air conditioning wasn't working. The staff were very responsive and changed my room. Much appreciated.

It’s in a good place, very basic, only one pillow per person, there’s no coffee or tea facilities,

It was clean and tidy, WiFi was good.

We were there at 2pm couldn’t get into hotel, had to phone, got a call back at 3pm saying we could go in, lady didn’t know what she was doing, had to keep phoning someone, didn’t get any information about hotel, after that didn’t see anyone though out our stay. There’s a bath but no plug, no tv in room, no extras like shampoo shower gel etc, only a soap dispenser, there’s a safe but no code, it was closed, no combination, no one there to check out, so we left the key on side table.

Way more than I expected!!

My flight got delayed for several hours and the owner of the hotel was very helpful and understanding, for my very late arrival. He even got me a little “lunch bag”, because all restaurants where closed by the time I arrived. So this was very nice and unexpected.👍🏼

Everything we'd hoped for!

We had a very enjoyable stay in this little gem of a hotel. The location is excellent, the room was spacious and bright and provided everything we needed. Connie, who runs the hotel, could not have been more delightful and helpful. We enjoyed fabulous breakfasts in the Bistrot de Paris located on the ground floor of the hotel - but which also has tables in the pretty setting of the Town Hall square across the street.

Great Central hotel

Friendly helpful staff Perfect position in centre of town Roof terrace has spectacular views and is a lovely space to hang out as are the communal areas on each floor. Its nice to be in a quirky old building rather than a soulless modern hotel and the rooms themselves have everything you need Great value for money We would stay here again

We had room 2...an odd layout with bathroom along a( private) corridor...not really a problem but worth knowing as the only window was from the corridor onto the inner courtyard. Be aware you have to park about 5 mins walk away but can pull in near hotel to offload luggage
