Arta is lovely, and the hotel is just in the heart of it!
Very quiet and lovely place, with gorgeous terrace!
Ida is a great host, she also invited us to her vermut place, very close to the hotel.
Free big parking spot at 5 min away from the hotel

Gorgeous, updated property right in the heart of Artà. Staff was very communicative and helpful. Very clean and comfortable stay.

The location was very good. Close to the main street of Arta where there were many shops and restaurants. The room was clean.
There wasn't a lift and we were on the 2nd floor. Stairs were steep, so it was hard to climb with luggage. Also we thought we were being supplied with breakfast, which Booking.com had confirmed, but the proprietor said they hadn't done breakfast for 2 years.
The room was quaint, clean and fitted well with the age of the building, but the whole room needed modernizing. Plaster was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. The bedside light switch on each side switched off both lights, so there wasn't individual lights. I wouldn't have called it a superior bedroom in comparison to a hotel we had previously stayed in. There was no fridge and we were only given one coffee pod each for each day we were there. Therefore, I would say it was quite expensive for what we actually got.
