Location, adults only, nearby restaurants, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed.
Check-in could have been better. Email with instructions not received and it wasn't in my spam folder. Other guests had experienced the same problem, so it wasn't just me. Host relies on WhatsApp and mobile phone numbers/ access to rectify issue, but not everyone may have these. Once I emailed, I got a reply quickly, but it took a long time of standing outside a closed door on the street.

The location was nice, Artá is a very cute town and you could walk to all the nice restaurants and stores. The room was clean and pretty. Check in was easy. The lobby has a little kitchen which we found useful, and it has a very nice patio to enjoy.
The window of the room was tiny and at the floor level, so the room had no natural light, it was not very ventilated and the towels were difficult to dry. It has air conditioning so that helped.

Nicely renovated old house with a good kitchen
1. No one is at the place and no information for check-in was sent via booking.com beforehand; we had to call via WhatsApp (no response to a normal call) for the code & room numbers once we stood out front which was extremely inconvenient
2. No towel holders anywhere
3. No table in the common area/kitchen to eat at and it was too cold to eat at the tables in the courtyard

The location was perfect.
I booked a Standard Room with a view, which ended up being a room on the ground floor overlooking a tiny, busy street. Our shutters had to be mostly closed, so in reality if I have known this before booking I would have booked us a cheaper Economy Room.
