How easy it was to get checked in as well as how to use all the tools in the room, like the AC, the shower, the TV, etc.
There’s a bit of something missing when it comes to where to storage things during the stay. We had no where to put our bathroom things in the shower or by the sink.

Easy access, good contact, clean room
The bed is too short for anyone above 175cm+

Location ok
No breakfast, access to car parking, no reception to hotel had to go thro the other hotel. Noisy at night with lift or plumbing. Reported broken bed lamp (fixed).
Not reported toilet seat loose and TV plug open to elements.
