We like the room given to us because it is spacious and the comfortable bed that we had. It is well-equipped and peaceful. They guaranteed that there is a fan that could help us survive the heat and humidity in Castellon.
Not with the property but the people also renting are disgusting to share a property with. Leaving pee stains on the toilet without cleaning and the floor dirty. Also, there’s no elevator and its on the 5th floor.

Es un lugar tranquilo, los huéspedes eran educados. Viene una persona a limpiar cada 3 días aproximadamente. Está bien ubicado. Las zonas comunes estaban muy respetadas y limpias. Es un sitio normal y corriente, bastante cómodo. La inquilina super maja y atenta.
Hacía demasiado calor, esperábamos aire acondicionado, pero era un ventilador con el que no se podía ni dormir. La habitación acumulaba mucha condensación. Las paredes de la habitación estaban bastante descuidadas.

Проживали в цьому помешканні 6 діб. Залишилися задоволеними. Співвідношення ціни та якості - найкраще. Це не окремий номер, а одна з кімнат в квартирі. Всього 4 кімнати. Загальний санвузол та кухня. Санвузол та кухня в гарному стані, чисто, є все необхідне - плита, мікрохвильова піч, холодильник, пральна машина. Сусідів майже не чули. Номер на 5 поверсі, ліфта не має, але це було зазначено. Дуже якісна інструкція щодо заселення в номер.
В номері є підлоговий кондиціонер, але він дуже гучно працює, тому на ніч відкривали вікно, на вікні не має антимаскитноі сітки. Телевізора в номері не має, був в загальному приміщенні. Не для всіх номерів передбачено можливість сушки речей після прання. Меблі в номері старі, але функціональні, шаф для розміщення речей достатньо.
