Just steps away from access to the San Miguel Trail and entrance to the 20 kilometers of groomed cross-country skiing, Owl Meadows 6 is also within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the gondola station. This three-story townhouse offers breathtaking sunset views down the valley floor from numerous windows or from the deck that is equipped with a gas grill and outdoor seating. Delight in watching wildlife in the open space of the valley floor or the seasonal activities like Nordic skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, or paragliders drifting over the open valley in the warmer seasons. The modern living area comprises the entire top floor. The soaring twenty-foot vaulted ceiling and open floor plan lets in an abundance of natural light, and the radiant in-floor heating keeps it cozy.
