Situated in Lake City, this attractive condo for $49 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Crissey home is in unit B (downstairs) on the right side (east) of the house, where you can see a gravel parking space at street level near the stairs. It has a keyless entry system to make it simple for your arrival. The keypad is located on the right side of the door, and I will send you a code on the check-in day before you arrive or at 3 pm, and you may let yourself into the house at the designated arrival time. To lock the keyless entry, press the Schlage word or press the door code again. Please lock the doors and turn off all electricity when you depart. You can park a car at the gravel parking spot on the right side of a house. Please make sure to make space enough for another car to park. If you have more than one car, please let me know or park another car in street parking. There is free parking everywhere around a house. We are very close to bus lines 372 and 373. We have a strict policy of no-smoke and no-pet inside. No parties. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No smoke and no pets inside the house. Our cleaner has pet allergies. If you are looking for a restaurant, the closest one is Phayathai cuisine. It’s a short drive 2 minutes from the house and right on the street Lake City Way. There are more places to try in the neighborhood as well. The closest grocery store is QFC on Northgate way. The closest shopping center is Target. We do not provide a full breakfast, but coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar are in the kitchen cupboard to serve yourself. The house has WIFI. The Code is posted next to the TV in the living room. The space is a good value for the price. There is no sitting area for watching tv. I would suggest putting a foldout couch in this room which would still provide a bed but also an area for sitting. The oven could stand a cleaning. All in all we were comfortable there for the two nights we stayed. Hosts were responsive when contacted.

The space is a small daylight basement that has been turned into a living space. Bedroom #2 is not a private bedroom. It is the main living space and serves as the walkway between the entry, kitchen, and bedroom #1. It has 3 doorways and no doors. This was not made clear in the listing. I messaged the owner during our stay to express our disappointment and he stated that he would update the listing.

Small and cozy home, but we spent most of our time out exploring and didn't mind. The backyard is beautiful overlooking an overgrown forest/ravine, and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and being in nature! Also loved the little Sega Genesis and had a game night before bed lol. Beautiful home and comfy beds, everything was clean. Thank you very much!

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate a birthday. Location is great but when we arrived, the flooring is very uneven. There was hair in the bathtub and overall this home wasn’t clean. We kept stubbing our toes on the uneven flooring but got used to it quickly. There is no TV available and only provided movies. Pictures posted are deceiving, only one bedroom has an actual door, the other is also the living room and the third has closet doors.

Had a great stay. Very friendly hosts live upstairs. Nice courtyard/patio we used for dining that backs to a wooded ravine. Enjoyed the wildlife.

Great location and lovely property! The apartment is super cute and is very well stocked with toiletries, kitchen things, games, and books. One of the beds cannot be closed off for privacy so keep that in mind if that is an issue for your group, but for us it was fine. Free parking and easy access to the apartment at any time of day. Highly recommend!

This property worked out really well for us as a place to sleep as we ran all over Seattle and the surrounding area. Description was very accurate. We stayed there with our two children - if we would have spent a lot of time there, it would have been tight for them but it worked well for sleeping and running out all day. Communications with the property manager were great!

Outside property not AT ALL as pictured - could upload pictures I made for proof. Storm door was locked had to get upstairs relative to come down to unlock . Inside was musty, small and very unacceptable. Kitchen was extremely out of date and not stocked with much. The One bathroom antiquated lacking a lot Owner did not speak English had to talk to wife. Beds were practically on the floor no decent furniture . The only visually appealing room is the one shown Reviews for this property were very deceiving. I would NOT recommend. We did not stay. We left to find better accommodations

We had a really good experience. It was a small but well- thought out space for our family of 5. We loved the location and had good communication from our hosts. Beautiful view out the back patio into the woods. Would stay here again!

When we got to our location we got to meet Soraya and her husband who told us where to go. The area that they rent out is in the bottom portion of their home. Parking is perfect and they are nestled in a quiet part of Seattle. The only beds that are closed off for privacy are the kids bedroom and the master bedroom. The bed that is placed in the area between both rooms in in an open area but if you don't mind not having privacy, it's a great stay! We didn't mind but just thought I'd mention it.

In the listing it stated that there was a crib in the master bedroom which did not exist so I had to sleep on the floor so my grandson could share the bed with my wife
