Enjoy our lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom craftsman style home with ample parking, fully furnished patio & BBQ! This home is located in the desirable & pet-friendly Pinehurst neighborhood. It has a skylit front porch, soaring ceilings, open banister, & a large kitchen & family room. Just a short driving distance to Northgate Mall & University Village. About 13mins to UW & 15mins to downtown to enjoy its iconic attractions including the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Woodland Zoo, & many more! You can also swim, play, or bike at Green Lake Park. Easy access to Lake City Way, I-5, and Lake Washington. This beautiful craftsman quality Home on a big private lot is an ideal place for those who come to the city to work or relax! You can relax in our cozy family living area or watch movies on the 50" TV with streaming options provided. There is an open-concept kitchen that is fully equipped and great for cooking and entertaining. After your long adventure, we have 3 bedrooms upstairs that are great for relaxation. The gorgeous master bedroom with vaulted ceiling has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with jetted soaker tub and double shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. For those who are working while here, we have a separate French-doored office on the main floor with a working setup including monitor, keyboard, printer/scanner and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of 400 Mbps. This home has a fenced yard and a cedar deck for entertaining. You can also gather around the outdoor seating and fire up the grill for an evening BBQ! An ensuite washer and dryer and a 3-4 car driveway parking area and RV parking space are all provided during your stay! Looking forward to hosting you! *The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older. *The fireplace and the garage are not available for guests to use. *There is a portable air conditioning in this home. *Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!

We were a family of four visiting our grown daughter and her partner. She had cookies, pies, and holiday breads prepared and ready to bake at the rental. The oven did not work in our VRBO and we had to load everything into 2 cars and move it all to her apartment 30 minutes away. Because this all happened Christmas morning, it’s understandable that it would be hard to get it handled right away. But we were there December 24-28 and nobody ever came to fix it. All communication about anything had to go through the VRBO app even though I had a phone number to call or text the owner. It was pretty frustrating. Maybe most people don’t really cook much while on vacation, but you want to know that you can. The home itself was clean, nicely furnished with a nice layout. There is one bed upstairs though with such a firm mattress, we had to check that it wasn’t actually a boxspring. Our daughter ended up staying at her own place for part of our visit due to the hard mattress and oven issue. We’ll be visiting the area often but unfortunately won’t stay at this rental again. If you just want to reheat stuff and your kids like sleeping on an extra super firm bed, then you’ll be fine here.

Great communication from the beginning! Michael was very flexible and helpful planning what to do in Seattle. This was my first time traveling without staying at a hotel, and I don’t know if I’ll ever choose a hotel again!
