This home is located in the Wedgwood neighborhood of Seattle, a location that gives you easy access to the entire north side of the city. The University of Washington, Green Lake, the Woodland Park Zoo, and the shores of Lake Washington are all within three miles. Venture just a bit farther and you can find yourself downtown (seven miles) or catching a spectacular sunset at Golden Gardens Park (five miles). Step inside to be greeted by a living space full of mid-century style, where walls of picture windows bring in the beauty of the natural setting. You'd never know you were in the city as you recline on the sofa to stream movies, play board games at the dining room table, or step into the kitchen to get started on dinner. A number of little touches make this home particularly special. There's a dedicated office nook where you can log onto the WiFi with a view of the garden. Families with children will also feel welcome, thanks to the provided high chair, booster seat, baby gate, kids' bikes, and Pack 'N Play. Leave the day's clothes to refresh in the washer/dryer in the basement, sit outside in the breezeway with a glass of wine, and retire to two comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: Ring doorbell at entry/backdoor Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It was a surprise to see the home in person. It felt like being in the country, it was so quiet and surrounded by trees and so much greenery. The living room was spacious. The kitchen could use things to make coffee making easier and better. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and felt very secure.

Love this light and bright home. Had a great experience. The location was perfect for what my family was doing as it was close to my sister‘s home. The house provided all necessary items for cooking and cleaning. Warm and cozy beds. Very private landscaping. Loved the separate outside areas. Also , loved ,the added touch for our dog. She was extremely comfortable and showed no anxiety. Thanks again for the great stay. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable property, literally in the Woods. Fantastic retro look with unobstructed windows that makes you feel like you’re outside. We were two friends. Bathroom a bit small, kitchen is great. Beds are comfortable sleep but not like a comfy hotel bed. Note: bring your own hair dryer if you want more than a very small Conair dryer. Coffee is available for first day or so.

This is a lovely place - like a getaway in the countryside, but very close to all the things to do in Seattle. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would like to come back in the summer to make more of the outdoor facilities.

From the photos, we knew this place was going to be stylish, but it was much more substantial than we initially realized. The house itself is recessed back from the street to create its own little private woods. There’s more yard than pictured and all of it is super private. Other things you can’t get from the pics would be excellent water pressure and super fast hot water. The thermostat is super responsive and the place heats up and cools down rapidly. Huge windows let in tons of light which is an important thing in Seattle. Comfy beds. Well thought out kitchen arrangement. I can’t wait to come back!

The property big enough for 4 people, with plenty of space to work (if you are working from home). The house is surrounded by plants/trees which make it feel more private. Great place if you want to escape and relax.

This property is stunning! We stayed for UW graduation weekend. The garden is a beautiful backdrop for unwinding at the end of the day or coffee in the morning. We cooked and enjoyed family time with our grad. So much better than a hotel!!!
