Please do not hesitate to ask for anything during your stay! On historic Pelham st, walk to all the restaurants and bars in downtown Newport including the famous Black Pearl. Brick market is a few min walk if you want to go shopping and 1st beach is and easy 10 min on foot Guests have access to their private bedroom and attached private bathroom. As an additional amenity for guests, there is a private office, professional fully stocked kitchen and dining area for guest use if desired. In the summer, your in a great part of town to walk everywhere and not have to deal with traffic. But with your own parking space, its easy to drive to the mansions and get back into your room without having to look for spaces.

This house was immaculate, modern, and well-appointed. The house manager was quick to respond and addressed a minor issue immediately. Would highly recommend it. Plan on staying here on future visits.

We fell in love with Newport! The location of this rental was perfect for walking to all nearby restaurants and shopping and beaches. Rental was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed.

The location of the home/condominium was amazing as it was close to the waterfront and area restaurants. The amenities were fantastic! The kitchen, dining room and living room areas were wonderful and we appreciated the on-site parking. Thank you for our wonderful stay at your property!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our weekend away. The place was clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with all the necessities and was in a wonderful location, downtown and close to all of the bars and restaurants while only a walking distance to the mansions. I will be highly recommending the place to all of my friends and family searching for a place in Newport and will be sure to rebook when I return!

Highly recommend this place! Matthew is an excellent host & responds quickly to questions. The place is stunning inside with high end finishes. The location is prime and walkable to the best I'm Newport. I'd highly recommend this place.

This was a great spot to stay in to have walking access to shops and restaurants! The facility was updated and had a nice common kitchen, sitting area and dining space. The room was small but was also updated and perfect for 3 of us. We were a little confused about check-in, expecting the communication to come through the VRBO app, but it came through email instead and once we realized that everything was very clear and simple. We would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed here before and we enjoyed enough to return. Unfortunately during our stay we were trying to get in touch with the host (for urgent and non-urgent reasons) and could not. It was actually very inconvenient despite the room description stating: "We are always available to guests if they need anything. Checking is done on the Airbnb app where you will find all the codes and directions to your unit. Please do not hesitate to ask for anything during your stay!" We are still dissatisfied with the ongoing lack of communication post-stay after reaching out about this. I'm still waiting for resolution as I feel our stay was not as expected.

Our first trip to Newport and while we were there for a sports event, this property was perfect. It was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, very accommodating. Michael was great with providing access and tips on dining and activities. Location was awesome. Look forward to staying there again next time we’re in town.

Great location, updated rooms. This room could not actually hold 4 people. Would consider 3 people the max. Overall very nice.

The location of this property alone would make us come back! My partner and I visited Newport for the first time this weekend and had the time of our lives. Unit and building were VERY clean. Also, had parking which was great. We brought along our year old lab and she loved her trip too. Room was perfect size for the 3 of us. Would definitely recommend and plan on coming back ASAP!
