Be our guest in a newly renovated Corolla vacation home only 750 ft from the beach which is approx. a 2-3 minute walk. This home is perfect for multiple families and pets to enjoy a quiet vacation in a safe cul-de-sac and just a bike ride away from the 4x4 section of Corolla, shopping, and the Currituck lighthouse. Bring the whole family (including the pup) on an adventurous beach getaway this summer! Dogs are a man's best friend, so why leave them in a kennel while you're on vacation? One of the best things about the Outer Banks & Corolla is its dog-friendly beaches! So, let your pooch frolic in the sand, play frisbee, or get its paws wet with an exciting OBX vacation. Our vacation home accommodates 16 guests across 6 beach themed bedrooms with linens included spread across the three floors of the home. Both master bedrooms have private decks and full bathrooms while other 2nd floor bedrooms offer direct access to a wraparound covered deck to relax in our private hot tub. An open top floor plan unifies the kitchen, dining area, and living area with access to a wraparound top deck perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing with ocean views. Rest and unwind in the lookout area with a nice comforting book. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, cookware and stemware. A propane gas and a charcoal grill stand are ready for the grill master. Our ground level offers a game room complete with Nintendo Wii and multi-sport activity table, full bathroom, a bunk bedroom perfect for the kids, and a queen bedroom complete with daybed and trundle. Newly expanded fenced in yard with pool, picnic table and lounge chairs. Large flat screen TVs with cable and/ or access with streaming services are available throughout the home. Free WI-FI and hi-speed internet extends to all floors throughout the house. For peace and quiet retreat to the covered and shaded back porch to cool off on even the hottest summer days. We also have ceiling fans in all the rooms to keep the home extra cool during the summer. Level 1: Bedroom (Queen with daybed and trundle); Bedroom (Pyramid bunk and Twin); Rec room with couch, TV, Nintendo Wii and multi-sport activity table; full bath. Level 2: Master bedroom (King) with TV, private deck; Bedroom (2 Twins) with TV and attached full bath, deck access; Bedroom (Queen), deck access; laundry. Level 3: Master bedroom (Queen) with TV, private deck, jacuzzi tub; Great room with TV and deck access; kitchen with breakfast bar for three and dining area for 10; screened porch; half bath. Extras: Bed linens and bath linens provided for a full week rental (beach towels are NOT included). 6 bicycles of varying sizes available for use at no extra charge (helmets are NOT included). Mid-size ping pong table for indoor/outdoor use. Heated pool option (available April thru October): $425 per week. *If heat is declined prior to check-in, guest can add heat option at anytime for $75 per day going forward, from start of heat until day before check out. Must allow 24-48 hours notice for this option. Keyless entry. Parking spaces 5-6. Smoke-free. There are two outdoor showers, beach cart, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys, so you don't have to lug everything with you. When not at the beach or pool and want to stay active, other options include playing cornhole, basketball conveniently in the driveway or volleyball/badminton located right in the Cul-de-sac. Access to The Village at Ocean Hill fitness center is available for guests as well ($). Grocery, restaurants and retail shopping are a short five-minute drive. Take a short bicycle ride or walk to one of two Village of Ocean Hill community pools, basketball court, tennis court and playground. Climb to the top of the Currituck lighthouse and tour the free Nature Museum to learn about the rich history of this once isolated village. Active and adventurous vacationers can enjoy a round of Golf, Kayaking, Surfing, Swimming, Fishing, Corolla Horse Tours, Shopping, or a Day Trip to the Wright Brothers memorial park.

Everything about our stay at 3 Little Birds was terrific. The layout of the house was wonderful for our group of 12, with plenty of room for everyone. Tons outdoor space with all the decks and balconies and we loved star-watching from the main deck every night.
The pool was just right after a day at the beach and the outdoor showers were so convenient. We enjoyed the pool toys!
We used the kitchen extensively; it had everything we needed and made our meal prep easy. The only suggestion we have is to consider including face cloths with the supplied towels. One of us happened to bring some, but we didn’t have enough for everyone, so it would have been nice to have them on hand to start.
Again, we had a marvelous vacation and highly recommend 3 Little Birds!

We were a family of 13 and it was so roomy for everyone. If you wanted to find a spot just for yourself there was always a place. Great hammock on the second floor. There was a great little room off the living room where we drank our coffee in the morning. Easy for all of us to sit and eat at the table being by the pool was great. Kids had a blast. Short walk to the beach outdoor showers were a big hit . Loved how there were bikes and beach chairs accessible. Supermarket was not far at all. Our family had a memorable time and we will definitely be back. We rented a gold cart , didn’t really need to use it because everything was close by. Overall the beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were key. Forgot to mention how great the jacuzzi was. It was so clean. Our family highly recommend Three little

Out family of four stayed here with two other families and we loved our stay! The location in Corolla is great, as the beach was a short walk away or we could enjoy the pool at the house (it was too early in the season for us to use the community pool but we were made aware of this prior to booking. We were able to take advantage of the tennis courts, though!). We appreciated the basket of goodies at check-in (although having a container of hand soap and a few coffee filters would be great additions to this as we had to run out for those right away). The owners communicated well throughout our time there and made sure our needs were met. Corolla itself is also a great location for running/ walking/ biking, enjoying a wild horse tour, visiting quaint shops or local restaurants, etc. Thank you for hosting us!

Loved this property. Exceptionally clean, well equipped kitchen and beach accessories as well as bikes were nice to have onsite. The rooms and house were as advertised. The owners welcome basket at the front door was a nice touch with useful supplies and treats. The house was perfect for three small families and our dog. So thankful for a fenced in back yard and private pool. Owners even provide a dispenser of doggie bags in the backyard. They have thought of everything! We enjoyed the screened in back porch in the morning with two rocking chairs and a swing chair. We had plenty of room and chairs for all three families to congregate on the front deck in the evenings and enjoy the ocean breeze. The family room was a perfect size with seating for ten at the dining table. The nook just off of the large great room was perfect for my husband to set up his laptop and conduct a little business when needed. The nook is also a nice place to just sit and relax, too. All of us slept well on the trip. The beds are comfortable. We really felt quite at home and relaxed giving us some much needed quality family time. The short walk to the beach, and the house being located on a cul de sac was nice for us having three small children and a dog. The beach is GREAT - not too crowded, and good sandy beaches. The nearby grocery stores, boutique stores and fantastic restaurants was another plus about the location. Everyone wants to go back next year.

The owners communicated with us very well throughout the whole booking process and answered any questions we had prior to check in. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with host was very timely and thorough. The house and grounds were immaculate! Great solid surface floors for our dogs. Kitchen had everything we needed. Ample beach gear was clean and nearly brand new. Can’t say enough about the totally fenced in back yard with artificial turf for the dogs. It was perfect! House and bedrooms were very spacious. The proximity to the beach was an easy 2 minute walk down a boardwalk. Also walking distance to the hiking trails and 4WD beach. 5 stars all around!

Absolutely Perfect House
We loved every minute of our time at “Three Little Birds”! The location of this house was perfect for us. It is an easy walk to the beach with no major road to cross so we were comfortable letting our 10-12 year olds walk to and from the beach without a chaperone. The volleyball court in the culdsac was a highlight for our volleyball playing kids! We loved coming back from the beach and having the outdoor shower to rinse off in before jumping into the beautiful pool. The pool has some nice shade in spots because of the mature trees around it, and we did need shade the week we were there!! The house is clean and updated and very well decorated! We loved all the beach decor and the modern furnishings and dishes. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning with our coffee and in the evening with our cocktails enjoying the views. We really can’t say enough about “Three Little Birds”. The owners definitely take pride in their house and have thought of everything. Sharon, the owner, is always quick to respond if you have a question about anything! We highly recommend this house and hope to rent the house again in the years to come!!

House was even better than advertised, so close to the beach with a view of the ocean from the huge deck off of the great room. There was a ton of outdoor seating space both on the deck and at the pool, making outdoor dining a breeze. Kitchen was well-equipped and bright, all around a fantastic stay!

Family vacation
Our first family vacation was a big success! The home was beautiful and everything we needed. Easy check in, clean and plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a big hit and the ocean a short walk away. The hosts were very helpful and the best!! Loved the welcome basket too.

Great vacation close to beach!
Our family spent a much needed wk vacation at three little birds. Location to beach is a short walk. We loved the outdoor showers even with warm water. We added heated pool since early June the water temps can be cold especially with little ones. Very refreshing after day at the beach. House is decorated very nice and beach feel. Liked the open feel of the living area so we could all be in one area for dinners and other times of the day. Even accessible to walk to bay side and other trails, parks and some stores.

Great beach house in the Outer Banks!
We loved our stay at 3 Little Birds! The house has everything you need, and then some, to have a fantastic stay at the beach. We enjoyed all of the deck spaces, the pool and yard, and all of the games and amenities that are very generously provided with the house. You really don't need to bring much with you as the owners provide chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, pool floats, and so much more. We had a great time cooking meals and playing games in the evenings. The outside showers are amazing! It's a very short and easy walk to the beach. Truly no one in our group wanted to leave at the end of the week. Sharon is a wonderful, kind host and made our stay so incredibly easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
