I wrote a couple emails ahead of our visit that weren't returned.
One asking the best travel from the airport and cost. It wasn't answered by our was fine. The other that we needed twin beds. Wasn't answered and there were no twin bed rooms available when we arrived. We needed to get a cot brought in

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, very comfortable and big rooms, beautiful entry floor, and an amazing breakfast!!!!
We asked for separate beds in all the bedrooms and one of the bedrooms had a double bed. They were able to give us another room but in a different floor.

The property was bright and clean
The property is far from the centre. The dinner is served from 8:30pm which is to late for any child.
The food was ok nothing really nice about it. However staff were nice
The lady on reception was horrible the one with auburn shortish hair. She didn’t even crest us when we entered the hotel.
However the Second Lady was very helpful.
There was another guy who was not nice as well he was holding the lift for luggage and wouldn’t help us get another lift so eventually we figured out another lift for ourselves.
To get to the pool you gave to walk a marathon it so far there is got to be a more direct way to the pool. The pool is. Not heated.
