First of all, the location, right in the center of Valletta, in the entertainment district, a few steps away from a well-stocked supermarket that was open until 10 pm. Communication with the staff was excellent; they were very kind and helpful. We were even able to take advantage of late checkout without paying a surcharge.
The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were finally available and comfortable.
The hot tub was truly beautiful and much appreciated.
The dedicated staff performed excellent cleaning.
Very few things, but I'd like to share them so that the property can continue to improve:
- The balcony could use some sun protection, and even though we're on the fifth floor, putting a cover in the corner would increase guests' privacy.
