Situated in Telluride, this attractive condo for $561 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Newly renovated with fresh, smart feel at home touches and amenities. This remodeled 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath is located on the San Miguel river in close proximity to many popular restaurants including Siam and There. This is a rare 3 bedroom Viking Lodge penthouse condo with vaulted ceilings, two decks (including barbeque grill) with magnificent views of the western horizon and direct elevator access. Ceiling fans and a natural gas Jotul fireplace help spread the warmth. Close to everything - restaurants, mountain, gondola and only a short walk to downtown.. An office loft, lots of extras and amenities. The living/kitchen areas are spacious with an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, expansive windows and unbeatable views. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a king bed, en suite full bath and private deck with in your face views of the Mt. Sneffels range. The kitchen is well equipped and opens into the living space for dining comfort and convenience. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, one with a built in platform, queen size bed, a pull out queen sofa bed and half bath, making for a very comfortable living environment. The loft/office space with plenty of deskspace, overlooks the living space and has a shared bath with walk in shower and leads into the well appointed full size mattress bunk beds, which offers comfort and fun for the kids. The bunk room also has a twin trundle bed. This condo is hard to beat, offering year round convenience and access to all that Telluride has to offer. Limited free parking for one vehicle is available with the unit, but a vehicle is not necessary given the location of this property. The bus stops right in front of the condo and circles the town. Summer festivals are easily accessible and ski access is just a short walk making this property virtually ski in ski out. For families traveling with children, this property comes with toys, books, a pack and play, bumbo/high chair and kids reading nook. The house was perfect and gave us plenty of room for all of our guests! The location was amazing and a great distance to all restaurants and ski lifts. Will definitely look into this house again!

This place had all we needed! Cozy and enjoyed the views. Very close to the lift and easy to get to heart of town with a walk. Kitchen had needed supplies to cook which was great for us. Management very responsive and place had many nice touches including a couple robes for the hot tub! Will definitely plan to stay again!

Cozy blankets, yummy candles, fab decor, plenty of sleeping space, great games, and warm fire all made us feel like we were at home. And that's not to mention the insane location and views. Convenient to lift, gondola, and town fun, we loved our time here. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time in Telluride during the Blues and Brews Festival. The penthouse was within walking distance and very clean. Very nicely done with decor and amenities. Would recommend.

From the beautiful interior and the incredibly convenient location to the stunning views and the sounds of the stream outside the living room, this condo was just pure mountain greatness! Multiple balconies for sipping coffee in the morning and watching the sunsets in the evening were just perfect. Plenty of comfy beds and places to retreat to for every member of our family. The condo was well stocked and the gas grill was used as well. The vaulted ceiling in the main area provided huge views and a peaceful area for us to relax. This is really a great unit for families to see everything wonderful in Telluride!
Communication and checkin/checkout were fantastic and seamless as well. Very appreciative of Ben and the iTrip staff for the responsiveness.

Our family had an amazing time staying at this wonderful property. Beautiful views, cozy, and perfect location for a nice walk along the river path, close to the market, Main Street, shops and great restaurants, and of course just a short walk to the gondola. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Appreciate the help and communication of the property managers.

We loved our stay here! The place is beautiful, and extremely comfortable and quiet. It’s in a great location, not far from the market and very near the beautiful River Trail. We walked everywhere and never needed to use the car after we parked on our first day. We found everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the owners checked in via text and email partway through our stay just to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here with our 2 year old and baby. The apartment is nicely decorated and well laid out. It is great for small children - a reading nook with books, toddler/baby toys and gear (including a pack n play and a hiking backpack) were all really appreciated. The location is great - a short walk to main street and the gondola. The on-site pool is also nice to have with kids. We'd love to stay again - thank you!

Great property, perfect location
We had the best time at this property. It worked well for our 3 kids (ages 8, 10 and 13). The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. The location, which is right by the river and a few blocks from the shops and restaurants, couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend!

A window shade in master bedroom was not on, so it was very bright waaay too early. I asked and they were very prompt in a fix that was great! The one thing I may change is having larger pots… it fits a lot of people, which is great. In order to cook anything for a group we had to cook in stages. Overall it was a great place, and appreciated the responsiveness on the window. Plenty of towels for our group, and they even provided robes! Thank u!

Ski Vacation
The condo has excellent views and a lot of space to move around. It is 2 min walk to lift 7 and 10 minutes into the main part of town.
Pros - cleanliness, open space, proximity to lift 7
Con - 10 mins to the Phoenix Bean (Luv my breakfast)

Really loved the location but we had a number of issues. First of all the Pool and Jacuzzi were not in service for our entire stay (11 days). This really made everyone a little angry. We should have been told prior to arrival and the option to cancel and look for a new place. Second, with they used nice solid doors on all bedrooms and bathrooms. You can hear everything that is going on in the kitchen and living room. The remodel seems to have been pretty cheaply. Other than that, nice place and great location.

Very nice property. Had a difficult time getting the heater to work at first but property manager came right over and fixed that issue. Keurig didn’t work but there was another coffee pot in the unit. These were minor issues that were corrected. Overall we enjoyed the condo and our stay in Telluride.

This condo has a great set up for families. There is a large downstairs bed and bath. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a small sleeping loft. The condo has its own washer / dryer. Great location and very beautifully redone! The interior design and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It is in a perfect location for walking anywhere you would like. The condo sleeps 10 but is much better for adults and children than just adults. We truly loved our experience and hope to be back!
