Spacious, air-conditioned (living room) apartment with two bathrooms and a washing machine! Walking distance from the trainstation and surprisingly nice neighborhood
the windows of two of the bedrooms lead to the elevator shaft and coutyard and couldn't really be openede and those rooms did not have air-condition.

Gute Lage. In der Nähe viele Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt. Direkt gegen über kann man in der Parkgarage Central gut parken. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat alles was man für einen kurzen Urlaub benötigt. Zwei Bäder (obwohl eines davon ziemlich klein) fanden wir als Familie sehr geschickt. Die Küche ist sehr klein, hat kaum Ablage Fläche, erfüllt aber ihren Zweck.
Die Wohnung fühlt sich insgesamt um einiges kleiner als in Beschreibung steht. Eins der Zimmer (mit Einzelbett) eignet sich leider nicht gut zum schlafen. Es verfügt über ein kleines Fenster, das direkt zum Aufzugschacht ausgerichtet ist. Wer einen empfindlichen Schlaf hat, würde in diesem Zimmer nicht entspannt nächtigen können (man hört den schönen alten, extrem lauten Aufzug). Ausserdem ist die Matratze komplett durch gelegen und sollte wirklich ausgetauscht werden. Leider wurde unser erster Eindruck der Wohnung auch durch ein demontiertes Schlafsofa getrübt. Alles war nur zusammengeworfen und falsch -geklappt. Wir konnten alle Themen zwar lösen, aber die Wohnung könnte etwas Pflege vertragen, um einen deutlich besseren Eindruck zu hinterlassen.
