Located in Three Rivers, this charming house for $270 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is a perfect place for the family to unwind and enjoy Sierra Nevada Mountain Views! We also have seasonal views of Lake Kaweah and offer ample parking for your boat if you wish to bring it. ***Note: NO service animals allowed due to homeowner allergies.*** There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a propane BBQ, Ping-Pong table, and large screen television for entertainment after a long day at the Lake or in Sequoia National Park. Our Wi-Fi that is great for Distance Learning and Zoom Meetings! Enter your home and find a sparkling clean open floor plan! The first living room is great for adults to relax, enjoy the propane fireplace, read a book, enjoy a glass of wine, and relish the views outside the large bay windows. Around the corner is a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The breakfast bar has seating for 3 and full dining table comfortable for six people. We supply basic salt, pepper, and oil plus a few random spices. Just past the dining room table you will find a plush couch and large screen television with Direct TV. In this room you can also find the sliding doors to your private patio with spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada Foothills and a large yard for family and friends to play ball or even a game of tag! The master bedroom does have a private bath and closet for unpacking your personal belongings. Why stay 2 nights when you can stay a week! The other two guests bedrooms also provide space to unpack and a shared bathroom in the main hallway. Go into the garage and find an addition to your evening of fun - Ping Pong. Wild Turkeys roam the land, you may see someone walking their dogs, or you may see no one at all! We have a quiet peaceful location with views, wildlife, privacy, and family bonding. What are you waiting for? ***Note - This home is located behind a small family owned motel. The home is not part of the hotel and is private from other visitors. Entrance to our house is behind a private locked gate and away from the main highway. You may see animals on the hotel owner's property, we ask that you do not feed or touch them. Photos are allowed but keep your distance and respect their space but do not trespass on their property to get your photos!

My family loved the house! They thought of everything a distance traveler would need, from shampoo to games/videos for the children. I loved sitting on the porch overlooking Kaweah Lake, it was so very peaceful and relaxing. We loved being close to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon parks, the drive was exciting and the Sequoias were worth the long flight from PA to CA. Would highly recommend this Three River home! Shelila was great a host and answered all the questions we had quickly.

This is an excellent property and I can highly recommend it. We stayed with our 2 adult daughters. The pictures don't do the house justice-- it is impeccably kept, with many of the comforts of home. The furniture was very comfortable and the view amazing. The house was missing a couple of things and the property managers delivered them that day. Definitely recommend this beautiful property.

Loved our stay here. The house is large, very clean, great furniture, and comfortable beds. It has a very nice patio that overlooks a lake. Location was great for those visiting Sequoia but not so great for Kings Canyon as the drive is about 1.5 hours. I highly recommend this home.

Family members from out of state stayed here in order to attend a family wedding nearby. This worked out perfectly for us. The home was decorated just right, not overdone. Kitchen had all needed items and small appliances; even a salad spinner! The view was wonderful and relaxing, and we enjoyed watching the wild turkeys roam the yard. The only inconvenience we experienced was spotty cell service, and not being able to connect to the WiFi; but then, it was a good opportunity to disconnect. We would stay here again.

Spacious home with a great layout. Comfortable Beds, terrific shower in the master and loved the ceiling fans. Great location and wonderful communication from host. Perfect when looking for a change of scenery and wanting to getaway.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we absolutely loved it. I liked it to give detailed reviews, but if you don't like to read long reviews, here are the highlights: Perfectly Clean, Lovely Inside, Dreamy Covered Deck with a Ceiling Fan and an Incredible View, Fantastic Walking Trail to the River Right Outside the Back Door, So Much Space, Comfortable Beds, Every Kitchen Item You Could Ever Want, Good Coffee and Pretty Much as Close to the Entrance of Sequoia National Park as you can get without actually staying in the park! I don't know how to say this, but everything about the house is even nicer than the pictures online. Everything about this house felt very new on the inside. It also had the most well-equipped kitchen we have ever had. There is a full dining room, a big living room and a full family room. The three bedrooms were just lovely and with two bathrooms and all that space, three couples could easily stay together and not feel like they were on-top of each other at all. The deck was where we spent almost all of our time and the view was remarkable. The deck is big, has comfy chairs, a full finished roof for shade and a ceiling fan. The house feels so private and isolated and we had no idea how beautiful the river was. We walked there every morning and every evening and also swam a few times! Finally, this house truly is so close to the Park Entrance. We did pass several little motels and some really old rentals on the way to the park, but they were just nothing compared to this house and they only would have shaved about 5 minutes off of the drive. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.
