Living Room: Sofa Sleeper (queen) 2 chairse 50" smart television/dish network Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave Fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, glassware, utensels etc. Keurig/standard combination pot Blender Amenities: Free wifi Dish Network Smart televisions Towels, washcloths, dishtowels are provided Linens and blankets are provided Stackable washer and dryer No check in hassle, enter with keyless entry code No elevator No swimming pool Beach towels are not provided Starter Pack: 2 rolls bathroom tissue 1 roll paper towel 1 garbage liner 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid 1 small package of washing powder 1 small package of dishwasher powder 2 small bars of soap 1 small bottle of shampoo 1 small bottle of conditioner Location: 1125 West Beach Blvd. Gulf Shores, AL Unit 301 Condo is located in West Beach area, approximately 1.5 miles from Hwy 59 and the Hangout. 2 flights of stairs Parking: This condo has its own designated parking space marked 301 on the ground level. It is large enough for one large vehicle or two small vehicles. Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. Common Areas: Gazebo Grills Picnic Tables Rules: Check in time 3pm Check out time 10 am No Smoking or Vaping in the condo No Pets in the condo Minimum Age to rent 25 The BeachFront is a small, low rise, three story complex with only 36 units. The beach is usually not crowded with the exception of the summer holidays. Parking is below the unit on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the gazebo, grills and picnic tables. When walking out of the condominium door and down the stairs, you are only a few short steps to the white sandy beach. Only 2 vehicles are allowed. The first vehicle must pull up as far as possible in the parking area, the second vehicle must pull up behind the first vehicle. The vehicles may not protrude past the walkway. Guests can walk across the street to a convenience store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream parlor. This condo is beach side. This condo is not ocean front and it does not have a deck/balcony. The condo is on the first floor of condos and near the middle of the east building. We do have views of the gulf from each bedroom. Beach chairs and beach towels are not included, however Suncoast Beach Rentals is set up on the beach directly in front of our neighboring complex to the East.

I wanted to say how pleased I am at the stay for my family and I. This trip was special: doing something fun with our son before he goes into the Navy. No problems booking a place for the three of us. The place was just enough room; clean; neat and tidy; love that it is right by the beach (we couldn't get into the water due to mother nature herself); not far from shops and places to eat. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a getaway for any reason. :)

This was a great location. The apartment did smell a little musty upon arrival and the toilet was quite wobbly but overall a clean location. The gulf is basically at the back door! I would stay here again.

We get to the condo and the first thing my wife says "This is the cleanest room we have stayed in!" The location is great if you like peace and quiet. Its close to Waves, so if need anything you can walk to this store. If we had issues, they were addressed in a very timely manner. I would recommend this stay to anyone who wants a great beach stay!

This two bedroom condo is great place to relax and disconnect. It’s literally on the beach, and that is the best feature of it! You don’t need to drag everything with you since you are 60 seconds away from it. Gazebo is great for relaxing if you are too hot in the sun. Store and fish market are walking distance as well as a restaurant and ice cream shop. We will definitely be back!

The property was as described if a little small.. there is no balcony but we didn’t miss it. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded for the 4th of July. The Kitchen had everything we needed. I would so recommend especially for small family. Was disappointed no pool. I would stay again.

My family and I really enjoy stay here. It was the perfect little place for my family to stay and enjoy the beach. We were easily able to walk over to the beach from the vrbo. Super easy to communicate with the host as well. We will be staying again in the future!

Check in went smooth, LOVED the location to the beach, good parking spot included, landscaping was nice, Condo was nice, the decor was fun, my grandson loved the pictures in bedroom 2 , nice having washer & dryer, friendly people around …. We definitely plan to come back here again. Wish we had rented for a longer stay

The property was fine. It seemed smaller than the pictures, the bathroom is tiny, but it was fine. There are not nearly enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. It would make sense to put several garbage can liners in the kitchen can rather than make guest go buy a whole box. Same with other consumables. A one week stay needn't start with a trip to Walmart.

This property was just perfect for a girls trip weekend! Very clean and cute. Listing description accurately described everything. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags as they only provide one of each. It was expected so we weren’t caught off guard but would be nice if they provided more. Overall, amazing place with excellent amenities! Highly recommend!

This was the perfect setup for our family of 4. The location on the beach was ideal, you could head back to the room for anything you needed quite easily, or take a break from the heat for lunch. The property as a whole is small enough that you don't feel like you're on top of other guests, we rarely even heard them. All the amenities you need for a stay are included, we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely book again if we return to this area.

It was a pleasant experience with a couple hiccups. Had a couple issues. The fan in main bedroom is terribly noisy, microwave quit working during the stay, and a couple issues with the remote in living room. Had to switch out batteries twice in the remote to get it to work properly. Overall a good experience.

Just simply, put in the door code and your in. Beach cabin vibe and a few steps from the beach. Was quiet and other folks staying in direct rooms respectful. Left our sandals at the access to the beach and were still there after the sunset.
