HEATED POOL! # 205 is located in a low density (36 units) condo that is 40 steps (without crossing highway) from the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores. Beach/water views from front door and kitchen window! Seasonal Heated Outdoor pool. 1.5 miles West of Hwy 59 South end. Popular restaurant, ice cream shop, entertainment and beach grocery store located exactly across the street. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator/ice maker, stove, toaster. All utensils and cookware along with china, silverware, glasses. 50" Widescreen T.V in Living area and Flat screen TV's in each bedroom. All T.V/'s have there own DVD player. Close to Hangout, Waterville USA Waterpark, Gulf Shores Famous "Little Zoo". Go-carts, Parasailing, Deep Sea Fishing, Gulf State Park and Fishing Pier. June and July require 7 night stay (Saturday check in and Saturday check out)

This place was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean, right on the beach, fully stocked kitchen and very quiet. A nice little convenience/ grocery store with a cute little restaurant across the street that we had lunch at one day. We will definitely be back.

Pool is very small. Other than that it was nice and was great for me and my 2 daughters for the week. Very easy beach access. Even had some beach chairs and toys in the closet to use although we brought our own lol and we left a beach ball to add to the collection. Definitely stay again.

Love being right on the beach and literally across the street from one of our favorite restaurants and ice cream shops. Was the perfect space to accommodate our family for the short week.

We loved this property! My husband myself and our two kids stayed here, and it was nothing short of amazing. Perfect space for the 4 of us, and we had everything we needed for the beach already there. Literally 5 steps and your at the beach! GREAT VIEWS. The owners we so easy to work with, and super prompt at responding to texts! It’s safe to say we will try to rent this same space again!

The condo itself was clean and nice. Smaller than I expected, but it was still nice enough that we enjoyed it. The ceiling fan in one room couldn’t be used because it sounded and looked like it was going to fall. But overall I give it a 4 star rating. The property I had some issues with. The parking is insane if you have a truck. Some areas have bigger parking areas that fit a truck but not the one we parked in. Also if you are a smoker plan to smoke at the dumpster with rats crawling around. And the pool if extremely small. We had an issue with another family who had kids jumping in the pool making it very hard to enjoy the pool with my 5 year old granddaughter since the pool barely fits too many people. Loved the fact it’s right on the beach. The host is really great. Anytime you have a question or problem they are right there to answer. So even though we had issues with property I still give this place a good rating because condo and host were great.

It is literally 50 steps onto the beautiful white sand beach! Very nice condo, really couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely stay here again next time here. Owners were very responsive and helpful! Great place, well done.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. It was perfect. it had everything we needed and it was just steps away from the beach. We plan on visiting the area again after labor day, hopefully this will be available. Thank you again for making our little vacation very enjoyable.

The condo was in a fantastic location! Very short driving distance to restaurants and shops. Directly on the beach and the beach was never overcrowded! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to have a great week! Only note is that there is no elevator, so be cautious that stairs are the only option to the rooms.

Property was everything that was said. The beach wasn’t crowded thanks to the smaller complexes. Beach service was great. Weather was perfect. S&S across the street was delicious and having a market right there made for a great week. Thank you!

Property was super clean, literally just a fews steps til your toes are in the sand, everyone else staying there was super friendly...this was our favorite condo in Gulf Shores so far!

My family really enjoyed this condo. It was a trifle small for my group of 4 larger teens/adults but the location can't be beat! I loved being right on the beach and not having to cross any streets. The pool was small but we still enjoyed it several times since the ocean was angry while we were there. We would stay here again.

We were hoping to find something along the beach that wasn't too busy, and we hit the lotto. Besides picking the one week that no one was there, the condo was perfect. The location would've been perfect in any condition. Its literally minutes away from everything you could want to do in Gulf Shores.

The location of this rental was perfect. We loved going to the beach every night. It was nice to have hosts who were on top of things with communication even late at night. I felt like I needed to clean a little when we first arrived, but it wasn't a big deal. Also, there's a store right across the street! The place was great! We'd stay there again!

Our stay was cozy and comfortable for the two of us. We were pleased with how well stocked it was, and how quick and supportive the owners are. It is centrally located, close to everything you need including some excellent restaurants. The beach is clean and easy to access. The entire complex is well maintained and nonsmoking except a spot near the road and dumpsters. My only concern is the stairs could be a concern for the elderly or people with knee or hip problems.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly what I was expecting. The beds were soft, the condo was clean, and the hosts were extremely responsive. I stayed in the condo with my 3 sons and they had a wonderful time. The heated pool was a big plus as the weather was a little cool a few days. Will stay again!

We got to town earlier than planned and was able to get into the property hours early. The owners were very quick to respond to us. Some items, beds, couch, dressers are out dated about warped but ok.
