There is no boat or RV parking on site, but there is a garage available for your use. Please note that there is an additional fee for heating the pool. The temperature will be set at 85 degrees. April/May/October - Pool heating fee is $75 per day. From November to March, the pool heating fee is $100 per day. There is no option to only have the pool heated for certain days of your stay. A pool heating fee request will be automatically sent unless you specifically request no pool heating. We welcome guests of all ages but ask that you do not allow unsupervised children in the backyard (due to the unfenced pool) or in the garage (due to paint cans and/or pool chemicals).
