また利用したいくらいよかった

設備がいい（食器類がきちんとしてたので料理できた）部屋やベッドが広くてテレビもネトフリなどが無料で見れたので快適だった。マンションのような部屋なので住みたいくらい好きになった。

お家の様にリラックスして過ごせる

事前のメールでのやり取りが簡単で便利だった。チェゥクインがスムーズだった。お部屋は清潔で、キッチンには食器も充実していた。洗濯機があって良かった。

洗濯機に乾燥モードが無かったので結局近くのコインランドリーまで行って乾燥機を使うことになった。

這是一家很捧的旅館，很適合家庭居住。

位置距離4個JR站不近也不遠，步行時間約10-15分鐘，但附近有大型商場，菜市場，便利商店，旅居的話非常合適。

17:00才可以Check in，Check out也不能寄存行李，對國外旅客有一定影響。

Super large apartment in evening entertainment district

Great service as we were able to check in early as the apartment was ready early. The apartment was huge with excellent natural light and we were able to do some laundry too. It was great value.

The bathroom sink for washing hands and brushing teeth was actually in the kitchen area. It took a while for the water to drain away down the plug hole, so they may want to fix this. (NB: This wasn't a problem for us) The two single beds had sheets, but what appeared to be a mattress protector (which has some pilling) on top of the sheets covering the mattress. The linen was a bit sad looking, but it was clean.

강 바로 앞이라 강 뷰 좋았고, 캐널시티 나카스랑 가까웠음.

추가 베드가 소파베드인데 진짜 개불편했음. 기존 베드는 편했음

空間大且舒適，與家人兩人入住可以分別各享有一個雙人床能在疲憊的旅途好好的休息，屋內設備齊全，有洗衣機晾衣架微波爐洗手台冰箱等，附近有7-11，但離博多車站稍有距離

空間大，行李可以完全攤開，洗手台及餐具齊全，有洗衣機超棒，還有大冰箱跟微波爐，像入住當地公寓，晚上也很安靜，陽台的運河夜景很美

距離博多車站稍有距離，紙拖鞋對男生來說太小無法穿著

Not so pleasant.

No bfast.

I have to pay for extra towel. Requested for an hour extension of stay, not granted unless i pay extra. Everything revolves on money.

のんびりできました。

部屋が広くて静かで良かったです。ベッドもダブルベッドで快適

YouTubeがハングル明記になっていたので、受付の方にいいましたが、前の方が設定されて自分で変更するようにいわれましたが、ハングルになっていて自分では変更が出来ないので、ちょっと残念でした。場所がわかりにくいですが、コンビニも近く立地は良いと思います。

Better than i thought but with little to no staff presence.

Close to the action, both shopping and sightseeing wise. Decent distance from buses and station. Got more than I thought I would in terms of room size and a spacious bathrrom.

There was no service to hold my luggage before check-in. In fact, the front desk was shuttered before 5pm. You cant get into the front door without checking your messages or email for the entrance password. After 10pm, theres no one up front to answer questions.

Exceptional

The place was gargantuan by Japanese standards. Having my own washing machine? A big balcony with a river view? It was such a lovely place. Also, walking distance to Hakata, and a proper 24h supermarket next door were brilliant to have.

it's not really a hotel? like, the reception is only for check-in etc. i don't care but I imagine someone else might.

Location was excellent. Size of apartment was good.

The room overlooks the river, but the balcony looks like it doesn't get cleaned, and the slippers they provide are too dirty to wear.

Absolutely loved it, I'd stay here again if I could, I wish I had booked it longer. It felt like a little home in the city.

Excellent location

The location was very close to Hakata Station, as well as the river and many tourist sights. It was very accessible. I also liked that it was a one bedroom apartment with a small balcony on the river. The physical environment was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful l.

I didn't like that I needed to pay extra to have my towels changed.

very cozy, clean, large space, affordable rate equipped pretty much everything for a traveler such as micro wave, refrigerator, elec. pot, dryer, even laundry machine in the room

Pleasant

It had a great location right on the river with a lot of good places close by. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The room was basically an apartment converted into a hotel room.

The price is deceptive! Although the daily rate is low, there is a cleaning fee of 3,000 yen as well as a city tax of 200 yen per day per person. Those fees were NOT included in the total summary on Booking.com, it was only a footnote written under the daily price. Also, they do not have 24 hour reception so you can't even leave your baggage at the hotel if you arrive before 5pm (the earliest check-in time). We had to carry our bags around with us for hours because they did not agree to let us drop off our baggage.

Very good

I was originally allocated a room on the second floor only to learn that the long term residents above had a child whose footsteps when scuttling around the apartment could be heard quite often. Upon informing this the staff took action staight away and moved me to another room.

There seemed to be issues with their plumbing as you could hear water dripping from the unit above.
