Bedroom 1: King Bed, Smart TV, Master Bath with double Rain Showerheads. (Closet: Two Twin Rollaway Beds) Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed with Smart TV Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed with Smart TV Living Room/Den: Two Queen Pull out Beds with Smart TV INDOOR LIVING: 5 flat-screen smart TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, Washer/dryer OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard, Hot Tub, Heated Pool w/ optional pool heat fee (paid pre-trip $50/day{heated by natural gas}), lounge chairs, propane grill(propane not provided), ping pong table, foosball table, covered dining area, patio furniture, wood firepit (wood not provided). KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, spices GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, laundry detergent, Sonos speaker in living room, Pool towels. Also we have a few restaurants and bars 10-20 min walk from our property. Overall we had a great time! My one complaint is I purposely rented this place because it has a pool with diving board. I was so let down that the diving board was in the photos and no longer installed. Instead, the base of the diving board remained which is a hazard.

This is a WONDERFUL property!! Clean, spacious, well-stocked! My family of 5 had plenty of room and enjoyed the games and allll the TVs! The location was convenient and felt very safe. Highly recommend.

The house was a wonderful space, lots of room for a group or family. Swimming pool was well maintained and there were lots of games to play and cards provided. The view was amazing and the kitchen well stocked, we needed for nothing! We wouldn’t hesitate to go back, the host responded immediately to any request we had. A great experience and vacation!

Beautiful home that’s perfect for multi families. The 3 full bed and baths was clutch. Everything is remodeled, clean and the most accommodations than any other house we have stayed in. Pool in backyard was awesome after a long day on the lake. Has more than you need, extremely clean and comfortable. Check out was the best part, very little for the renters to do, once less thing to deal with when you know you have a long drive ahead of you.

We submitted our desire to rent this property and the management team of Zach and Lexis promptly replied back that they had approved our reservation. It's as important to me to maintain my five star tenant rating, as much as the owners earn their rating, so when we want to book, it's seamless with the property owners. Zach and Lexis were in contact with us, providing information about our stay and how the check in procedure would be handled. Just as they said, we received our check in code two hours before arrival. We walked into a beautiful home that was so tastefully decorated. It was very well stocked should you decide to cook your own meals. They provided some basic items like toiletries and sundries to get you started. This isn't our first rodeo so we usually arrive with our coffee, filters, creamer etc... but if you need a day to get settled, they provide some basics for you. The bedrooms were nice size with King size beds and the bathrooms have been renovated very nicely with rain shower heads. The pool was a very nice thing to have at our disposal. The second day there, the wind pretty much blew us off the lake but we had a plan B. We got some snacks and drinks and just came back to the house to enjoy the nice pool in the back yard. There was plenty of seating outside and my wife and daughter had some pretty intense Foosball games on the table on the patio. There is a ping pong table in the garage should you desire to go that route but it was 114 degrees outside and we really didn't want to hang in the garage. Coming in off the lake, we enjoyed a nice dip in the pool before showering up, it was very refreshing. Zach and Lexis remained in contact and made sure we were settled and checked to see if we needed anything. We just told them that we were happy there and had all we needed. My wife will have me book this property again when we come back to Havasu.

Our stay was absolutely perfect- the layout and amenties are all wonderful. It is super clean and a ton of extra touches (plenty of linens, comfortable beds, great shower spaces, cozy throw blankets, beach towels). The kitchen is super well stocked and labeled. Plus a lot of fun game extra- ping pong, foosball and connect 4. The swimming area has so much seating and gets the perfect amount of sun and shade. Every room has its own awesome smart TV. Thanks to instacart and delivery, our family never left this perfect oasis!! We could not be more pleased with our decision to book and stay here! 10/10 experience with management!

This is a fantastic location if you are looking to be close to the lake. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views and the home has wonderful open spaces for family to spend time together without being crowded. The home is well equipped with everything you need. Loved having the extra fridge in the garage to keep drinks cold.

The house is spacious with lots of seating. Open kitchen. Plenty of sleeping. The roll away beds were even comfortable!!! The added amenities were a nice touch also. Backyard had a lot to offer too! Would stay again and again.

We loved the pool and the layout of the house. Location was good too with a great Lake view. The 2nd refrigerator was perfect along with all supplies and towels/bedding for our party of 11. Also Management very responsive and we had no issues. Would love to go back again
