Nestled in Lake Havasu City, this charming house for $413 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Casa Ranchito is in the perfect location on the lakeside of hwy 95 and has family friendly accommodations that sleep up to 12 people comfortably in this 3000 sq ft home. This spacious 4bd/4ba home boasts large flat screen TV's in every room. Take a dip in the sparkling pool and hot tub and enjoy entertaining outside after a long day on the lake. The home is close to the Windsor boat launch, and the London Bridge. Upon entry to the house you will notice high ceilings and an open concept dining area, kitchen and living room. The large kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite recipes while entertaining your guests. The living room boasts tall ceilings with two large fans to circulate the central air conditioning and keep the temperature comfortable. Sit back and relax on the couches and chairs while you watch DirecTV on the 80 inch TV next to the fireplace with outdoor access to the pool. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 65 inch TV and direct access to the back patio. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and two adjoined showers. The kids room has a 50 inch TV and a full-over-full bunk bed that sleeps four. This is a perfect space for the kids to relax and enjoy their time together. The larger guest room has two queen beds and a 55 inch TV. The final guest room has a queen bed and a 55 inch TV with a private entrance to the back yard pool area. There is a shared bathroom between this bedroom and the kids room. The entire house has high speed internet and wifi access so you can stay connected while you are enjoying your stay at Casa Ranchito. Washer and Dryer are in the laundry room and the home has a water softener. The backyard is fully enclosed and is a perfect place to unwind in the sparkling pool with a baja shelf and hot tub. The outdoor covered patio and seating area has a couch, two chairs and two lounge chairs as well as a small TV. You can BBQ outside and enjoy dinner and drinks at the large outdoor table under a covered cabana. If you feel inclined take the spiral staircase (be careful and watch the kids) up to a small roof top patio to watch the sunset over the lake. There is a bathroom attached to the back patio so you never have to leave the fun of the backyard. *Heating the pool to 80 degrees uses the following cost table: January and February - $200/stay or $300 per week if you are staying multiple weeks March and April - $150/stay or $200 per week if you are staying multiple weeks May - August - $0 September and October - $150/stay or $150 per week if you are staying multiple weeks November and December - $200/stay or $300 per week if you are staying multiple weeks *Garage- Please note that there is no garage access. *NOTE: Your safety matters. This property has cameras on the doorbell, the back patio overlooking the pool area and on the both of the side entrances of the house. There are no cameras in the interior of this property. There is a first aid kit in the laundry room cabinets. I, the (“Renter”), a visitor to and short term vacation renter of the property commonly known as Casa Ranchito located at Lake Havasu AZ, 86404 (the “Property”) acknowledge and agree: 1. The pool and hot tub are not fully fenced. 2. I am also aware that my stay at the Property involves risks that may result in serious bodily injury and/or death. Some of the risks include, but are not limited to, drowning, falling, sports injury, slips, trips, falls, cuts, adverse weather conditions, the acts or omissions of guests or visitors on the Property during my stay, and the condition of the Property. I understand that the description of the risks in this Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risk (the “Document”) is not complete and that other risks or events that are known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated may result in serious bodily injury and or/death. 3. In consideration of being permitted to rent and stay at the Property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the owner of the Property (“Releasees”). 4. I agree to fully and forever release and discharge, and not to sue Releasees for any injuries or damages, including bodily injury or property damage that Vacation Rental Liability Waiver may result from or be related in any way to my rental and stay at the Property. I further agree to indemnify and defend Releasees, through their own choice of counsel, against any and all claims arising out of or related in any way to my rental of the property, including claims by third parties. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT AND THAT I UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. We liked the property. Once the manager figured out and got the pool fixed it was great. Patio around the pool needs some updating as all is peeling but nice set up. Wished we were closer to things to walk to. Had to drive to everything. All and all we made our own fun and enjoyed the stay.

We stayed at Casa Ranchito this past weekend and I must say, this is my favorite VRBO we've rented so far. The loacation on the lake side of the 95 is excellent. Perfect for us since it was close to our boat storage and not far from the launch ramp. This house also has an amazing layout and it was perfect for our group. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge and the beds were comfortable. While it was too hot and humid this past weekend to spend much time outside, the backyard is fantastic and I wish we could have spent much more time out there. The only negative feedback I have is that the house wasn't as clean as I think it should have been upon our arrival and there were a few things that weren't provided like wash cloths and extra paper towels but these were minor issues.
Overall we had a great experience and I would certainly rent this home again.

Excellent rental for family. Great location to make use of water sports from State Park. Facilities at home are great, kitchen, pool, spa, all top notch. Only minus (minor) was internet service, seemed to cut out and did not stream to TV well.

Owners are amazing, and responsive, place was clean and decorated nicely. Pool didn’t heat up until Friday of our stay, the day we left. The temp in the house was too warm at night set at 74 with a lock so couldn’t adjust for sleeping comfortably. Great place for families to unwind for a week.

It's all very spacious when being occupied with several people. I actually could avoid my mother in law for days.

Beautiful property for a family getaway
The home was very clean, high end furnishings, the backyard was amazing. Home is perfect for a large group! Owner was very helpful and quick to respond. You will need to bring your own basic seasonings to cook and toiletries as home does not supply those items.

AMAZING HOUSE!!! PERFECT LOCATION
This house was PERFECT for our family. We had 6 adults and 4 children for a week and this house was amazing! The backyard bbq and pool were great. The huge Family Room and Kitchen were perfect for entertaining and the house was super clean and had everything we needed. The master bathroom tub and showers were super cool.

Beautiful Home
House was easily accessible off of Hwy 95. The neighborhood was quiet and not much traffic in the area. We had a great little stay at the Casa Ranchito for 2 weeks in February. The house was very clean upon arriving. Link checked in with me a couple times to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend in lake havasue. The house was perfect for a large group. If the weather would have be warmer the pool would have been very invitin, the hot tub was amazing! We never did figure out all the lights or gas fire places.
