Had everything I needed including comfortable beds, bathroom with toilet and shower, air conditioner, and close to minowa station.
A little small

I liked the staff and how professional they were. It’s a very quiet area and everyone I saw was very kind and very respectful.
The water was cold even on full heat not sure if there was something I overlooked but I didn’t mind the cold shower much but if thats the default, I could see how that might be deal breaker for someone else.

The price was extremely good. Had a clothes drying mode in the bathroom, shirt and pants done in 45 min. Didn't use any of kitchen but was fairly equipped if you needed. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Quiet little residential area.
Beds made alot a squeaking noises when rotating around.
But not a major complaint.
Rooms are small but so is half of tokyo. Get what you pay for.

Cleaning every 3 days. Not very convenient for trashes.
Hotel charged me 5000 yen for a lost key.
