We are just steps to the bus stop. From there it's a 5-minute ride to Richmond Center and the Canada Line which whizzes you downtown in less than half an hour. We are less than 10 minutes from Vancouver and also from the airport by car. You will have use of the outdoor pool (seasonal), deck and outdoor fireplace. We offer wifi and free visitor parking. We have a small dog who is very friendly and well-behaved. Be forewarned, he will probably bark at you upon your arrival, but give it a couple of minutes and he'll be wanting you to play ball with him. Our little guy is non-shedding so people allergic to pet fur are typically fine around him. My experience with the homeowner was only through the app, didn’t see or hear them on site. The room was clean, but didn’t expect to be sharing a bathroom with 3 other couples. This old house was renovated for these guests suites however no soundproofing, so if you don’t mind listening to private conversations or activity this is it. So pack your earplugs and grab bar for the slippery tub/shower. I wish I knew this before.

no access to the kitchen,in reality you have a micro wave,,no access to the pool,no parking on the left side of the driveway ,you park on the street, and the owner never look at you ,very disappointed,don't go a this house .

Will and Tamy were exceptional hosts, incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, reflecting their attention to detail. Additionally, their assistance in finding a permanent flat was greatly appreciated. Their kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

We brought our car. Good location for our purposes with shopping opportunities and a variety of relatively inexpensive Asian restaurants. Our hosts, Will and Tammy, were friendly and accommodating.

This is not your average BnB. From the moment you arrive, Tammy, Will, their kids and of course Bossy go to great lengths to make you feel right at home. We spend more time in the communal dining area than in our room to cook, eat but more important to chat with our hosts and other guests. So if you like the personal approach, this is a no brainer.

This location is super close to the bus stop and about 2 miles from the train. Perfect accommodation for someone who is traveling alone and is looking for basic lodging. The property is clean and the hosts are friendly. I’d highly recommend

Friendly and welcoming Hosts. It was very hot when we were there and we were so appreciative of their pool. It would be a good thing to advertise the pool when there is no air conditioning.and it is a hot summer day.

The place was nice, clean and warm. Will, the host was excellent. He was very caring and conscientious. He helped us throughout the stay with numerous things, as it was our first time there. He let us use the washing machine free of cost even though it wasn't included in the amenities privided. We had some very interesting conversations and I am glad we met him. Overall, I would highly recommend the place for staying because of the clean place and host who is extremely welcoming and accommodating.
