Rooms are very clean apart from the crack in the bathroom basin. Clean towels every other day and stocked with washing toiletries daily . Its a 15 minute walk to the ruins and approx 10 mins from the town centre . Staff are on 24 /7 and always friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the room quiet . Bonus of air con to the room was essential for summer stays . Most rooms have a balcony so those that smoke can do so on the balcony ..
Not much really for the standard of hotel . Breakfast is limited . The toaster packed up after two days through our stay so cereals and usual continental ham / cheese/ tomatoes are the mainstay but the croissants were excellent .

Location just far enough from busy town centre but close for walking - 12 minutes to station, 25 minutes to ruins. 15 minutes into city square. Friendly, helpful staff. Big rooms. Great breakfast choices. Beautiful gardens.
Only slight niggle - shower quite weak.

Secure parking and location — 15 minute walk from the archeological museum and train station.
The best was Lucia and her extraordinary service. The rest of the staff was really friendly and service oriented.

The hotel could be very good, but it seems like they abandoned the overall maintenance and hygiene.
Terrible smell of cigarettes everywhere but particularly nasty in the room. Dirty spots and stains on the walls, tv screen, WC seat was yellow, white curtains were gray of dust.
Not the cleaning staff fault but the management that has to see those details and keep up the maintenance of the place.
Limited breakfast.
Very expensive for what it is.
