Excellent location and the balcony has a lovely sea and mountain view to one side with Fariones Hotel to the other. Nicely laid out and spacious enough for 2 people with all the facilities you'd need for a short, self catering stay. Beds (twin beds pushed together) are firm but comfy.
It's just a 30 second walk to the nearest shops, restaurants and bars and is perfectly situated between the old town area and the main strip.
Welcome pack of water, 2 beers, tea\coffee and 2 small chocolate bars is a nice touch as well.
Currently, there is construction work going on near the Fariones Hotel so, at times it can get a little noisy on the balcony during normal working hours but this stops around 5pm.
Also, during our stay in early September, it got quite hot and humid so we regretted the fact that we had booked somewhere without air conditioning but the large fan did help a little. Wifi was very hard to connect to but got it sorted.... eventually.
Would I stay here again? Yes, despite these minor negatives.

The location is good, near the beach and the center. Communication with owner is great. We almost had everything
No AC and it could be equipped with more towels.
Parking in the area is hard. But pricy
$$$$
