quite okay for families, choose the appartment wisely as your buck make quite a different bang

The location is good as it allows quick access to the beach. The furniture is still in a decent shape over all despite one can tell they have been used for years now There were already few damages/stains/scratches here and there but nothing really serious. The front desk staff was quite courteous and very keen to assist you

They asked asked a copy of the booking reservation (!?, go figure why , first time ever it happened to me) The housekeeping is not actually doing a decent cleaning despite we cleared the apartment every day to allow them to do a good work. The towel and bed sheets have been changed as planned , however I do not think there is a need to reshuffle the bathroom towels to give the impression there has been some cleaning (we actually had a precise order there to know which towel belongs to who in the family) when, in fact, the floor stays dirty, the dust accumulates in the corners and the kitchen counter and table (cleared form everything on it ) stays dirty. We could not use the terrace because our apartment was below the street level and had in it a rain collector which probably was blocked and developed a lot mold with very very strong disgusting rotten smell. We could not sit or sunbath on the terrace because of that. We could not even keep the door of the terrace open as the smell would enter the apartment. I reported the issue after a few days at the front desk. The hotel stuff promptly poured some chemicals in the terrace drain collector to kill the mold. However they never come back and check that the bad smell was gone and the problem therefore was solved. The things got in fact worse as the smell of the mold did not go away whereas we had, on top, the smell of the chemical used. Situation stayed like this until we left. Hence we made no use of the external terrace which I would have enjoyed very much. Beware therefore that not all the apartments are the same. Depending on the orientation on the terrace you get many hours of sunshine or you are always in the shade. Depending on the position of the apartment when on the terrace you have a lot privacy or zero privacy. And finally if you terrace happen to have also a rain collector with a lot of grown mold inside it then you cannot use the terrace at all because of the disgusting strong smell .

Pleasant

Caybeach is located very near to the airport and on walking distance from the commercial area and the beach. The apartments are clean and comfortable.

The restaurant could be much better. Both breakfast and diner were moderate. Fresh juices were over date, or had poor taste. Other drinks were too sweet. The breakfast buffet was ok, but not so special.

Central location. Good facilities. Affordable.

Lady on reception was unfriendly, thought perhaps she wasn't a morning person but still no improvement in the afternoon!!! Complete opposite to greeting I received at my previous hotel accommodation in Corralejo a few days before. First impressions are important, it costs nothing to smile 😁

Good location, will return to Caleta but will be staying at alternative property next time.

Liked close proximity to all amenities, beach, restaurants.

Maintenance of bungalows require an upgrade, some without electric kettle, chairs and sunbeds in poor condition. Water leaking from bathroom light fitting on 3rd night for over 7 hours!, flooded whole bathroom and lounge, nobody on 24 hour reception so unable to report emergency until next morning. Manager and reception slow to react, no explanation or real apology offered, agreed to move us only after our insistance. Very disappointed with their customer service skills. Just fortunate that nobody slipped on the wet floor overnight. Not enough room or sunbeds around the pool so we tended to go elsewhere or to the beach. Overpriced bar at the pool anyway.

Amazing place, lovely staff, beautiful surroundings and entertainment and perfect location

Did not have breakfast at Hotel but the location was perfect. Near to shops, restaurants and beach.

The only downfall was not being able to check in until 3p.m as we arrived in Fuerteventura at 11.00a.m. Still we were able to leave our bags in a room and go down to pool area and wait.

for our requirements it was adequate, and the location suited us, would not necessarily return.

the breakfast was ok plenty of selection. ideal location for the beach.

upkeep of the whole place could be better with decorating inside and out, quite dated. Lack of staff for happy hour, a lot of people not happy.

Very good

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. It was also cleaned three times during our 5 day stay. All staff except one were very nice, polite and helpful. However one member of staff just couldn't be bothered but it didn't dampen my stay.

One member of staff clearly wasn't keen on making a good impression however the other staff made up for that. Entertainment advertised never happened when we were there, but we ventured out and still enjoyed our experience

Great location

Amazing value for money, Great location everything easily within walking distance, Clean accommodation each with a fabulous terrace which had your own sun beds provided. Would definitely return for the price we paid and experience we had.

A lot of things required deposits or payments.. aircon, TV, towels so just keep that into account when you’re coming

Location is great. Pool is nice. Rooms are very clean. You have your own sunbeds

Good value for money. Great holiday destination.

Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and immaculate, including clean bedding and towels. Hair dryer provided. Brilliant location with a nice pool

Some customers leave towels on loungers by the pool for long periods of time without being there. The hotel seems to allow this behaviour. There is a 150 euro card deposit on arrival. For someone from UK costs money for transaction fee, exchange rate. The option of cash would be an improvement.
