Stunning views from every area of the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful & hard working. Loved the quirky style & design - very lively & young vibe. Entertainment varied & very high standard.
It was a little crowded around the pool at times. Maybe make more if the little beach with loungers? Or add a larger pool or plunge pool just to cool off?

Sam was excellent! He was very accommodating to all our needs and provided great recommendations on what to do.
The breakfast buffet was also great.
People reserved daybeds making it hard to get a day bed.

I love the property and it’s Location. It was so tranquil. The pool area is a 10 out of 10.
The Hill walking up to the hotel it was like heart attack Hill but that’s nothing to do with the hotel

The staff was absolutely wonderful—always friendly, polite, and very professional. They consistently did their jobs with a smile on their faces, which made the atmosphere so welcoming. A special thank you to José, Peter, and Aman, as well as the rest of the team, for taking such good care of us throughout our stay!
+ Wifi was good
Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay were quite disappointing:
No basic amenities: Given the daily rate, it is completely unacceptable not to have at least complimentary coffee or tea facilities available in the room.
Declining standards: This was my third visit to this hotel, and I noticed a clear decline in overall quality compared to previous years. The food was particularly disappointing—it felt as though they were doing the bare minimum while cutting corners as much as possible.
Poor value: All things considered, the value for money is simply not there anymore.
