From the start Neil was in contact confirming our stay and some needed information, we found this amazing place totally comfortable and warm , well equipped in every aspect, and amazing place with stunning views and high up decking to view, a lot of hard work and effort has been put into the cottage and we loved it , perfect bolt hole in comfort to relax , dogs welcome and that was fantastic too , but overall it's ten out of ten from us in this homely place , I will definitely book again if it's available, thanks for our stay again , Steve

Lots of lovely little extras and attention to detail. It was clear Neil cared very much that we enjoyed our stay. Despite being right next to the A1, the cottage was well soundproofed and we didn’t have any issues
Garden wasn’t secure and was a real hazard with our puppy. Neil did assure us it’s being sorted and I bought a 15m lead to ensure safety. It wasn’t insurmountable, just a worry when we arrived.
