Situated in Breckenridge, this attractive condo for $134 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. If you are looking for ski in/ski out, charming romantic getaway with balcony overlooking babbling creek, look no further. This tiny stylish studio (280 sq.ft.) is in easy walking distance to Main Street, Snowflake Lift and Sawmill Reservoir Trail. Ski back to the condo via Four O’Clock run. We furnished it with firm king size bed with luxury down bedding, big screen TV and loveseat recliner. Escape to the heart of the Rocky Mountains and experience our enchanting town. Access to Upper Village Pool and hot tub. Nicely renovated 280sq.ft. studio with a private deck facing a creek (not a road or the parking lot). It's located right in the heart of Breckenridge. Room. King size bed, 55" flat-screen TV, and reclining loveseat. The kitchenette is equipped for light meals. It has a sink, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. It's stocked with dishes, glasses, and cutlery. King bed with down bedding and a flat-screen tv with live channels. Free wi-fi. Small dining table for 2. Bathroom. Glass shower with travertine tiles. Balcony. Private balcony overseeing babbling creek and Four O'Clock Ski Run. Pool and Hot Tubs. You will have access to the off-property Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs. It's located about three blocks from the condo. The clubhouse is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then during the regular ski season (closing sometimes at the beginning of April). Parking. Free outdoor parking for one car. Wi-fi. Basic wi-fi through Dish Network is provided. Washer and Dryer. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer at the property. The condo is only three blocks from historic Main Street, with all shops and restaurants. Ski-In Ski-Out. Snowflake lift is less than a block from the condo. It would take you to Peak 8. At the end of the day, you can ski all the way back to the condo via the Four O'Clock Ski Run (weather/snow permitting). Alternatively, there is a bus less than one block away that would take you to the Gondola. The bus is free and takes only about 3 minutes. Due to the COVID-19, our cleaning lady is taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces with products that meet the EPA's criteria and we follow the CDC's Cleaning Guidelines. Easy, contactless check-in.

We loved this property! We wanted ski-in/ski-out and it was great - close to the lift, but as others have said, the run to get back to the condo isn’t super easy. It’s not bad at all, but the last little bit isn’t ideal if you’re new to skiing/snowboarding. The location was excellent - convenient to ”downtown” and right on a bus route if you need it. The condo was clean and Daniel was an absolute five star host. Super convenient parking right in front of the condo and a nice area. It is an ideal condo for a couples getaway ski trip in every way but one… The only downside was the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I know everyone’s taste differs in beds, so if very firm memory foam is your style then this is for you. For reference, my wife and I sleep on a sleep number (Her number is 55 and mine is 80). This bed was so firm that both of us would have sore/achy hips and shoulders in the morning. It kept me tossing and turning a lot during the night (although some of this I’m sure was due to the high altitude). Overall an absolutely wonderful stay though. Thank you Daniel for the great communication and making yourself available if needed.

We loved our stay here! This little condo is walkable to a ski lift AND to downtown for food and drinks. It’s the perfect size for two people looking for a getaway. We’d love to stay here again!

The apartment is small as noted but was great for a short trip for me and my husband! The location of this unit was outstanding! This unit is walking distance to Charter Sports, Snowflake Lift and Main Street. This gives you easy access to rentals, getting on the mountain and downtown! It also is a ski in and out which gave us an easy way to get back after a long day on the slopes!! It was very clean and the host was very timely with communication! We would be interested in staying at this location again!

Great spot, exactly as advertised. Ski-in, "ski out" in the sense that there's a chair lift maybe a block away. Property manager was great as well, very communicative and responsive. Was also flexible through check in. I'll be coming back for sure!

The stay was perfect for a single guy or a couple. Conveniently located to central downtown Denver with the ability to ski directly to within 20 yards of the back door. I think you take the 4 o'clock run to the lower 4 o'clock run to the lower 4 o'clock run into town. If you get up early in the morning you can either drive your car about 1/3 of a mile to the beaver run parking lot, of course you will have to pay for parking… But the lips are right there; or you can just walk with your ski equipment. The best is super comfortable and the well equipted Humidifier was perfect for the well thought out 280 square feet. The entire trip is 10/10. And the property manager was very polite, prompt, accommodating, and informative. Thank you.

What a great place for a couple. Cozy, quaint and all the conveniences. Located within an easy walk to Main Street. The best part was the stream just outside. I could sit on the deck all day and listen to that. I would highly recommend this unit for a couple.

The condo has a lovely balcony that overlooks a stream & is so picturesque with flowers & a hummingbird feeder. Perfect place for coffee in the morning. The king size bed takes up almost the entire space, so, if you want a "condo" feeling, this isn't it. It's more of a nice hotel room. We were out exploring most of our time in Breckenridge, so it wasn't a problem for us. The mgr, Daniel, responded quickly to emails and texts.

Location is great! Close to hiking trails, downtown and in the Winter the lifts. The room we had was small but well utilized. More flat surfaces in the bathroom would have been nice. Don't plan on keeping a lot of cold or frozen items because the frig is hotel size. Our room had a wonderful view of the creek behind us. We loved listening to the brisk flow. We would definitely stay again.

The pictures didn't do the view this property has justice. You open up the balcony to the blue river running right behind the property. Opening up the back door and listening to the sound of the running water with the river was by far the most relaxing and best part of our weekend trip! The room itself is well equipt and at a great price! Location to main street was awesome!

This studio is very well appointed for a stay in Breck. The stream provides great white noise, hummingbirds and flowers add to a very relaxing ambiance. Very walkable to downtown, easy to get to all kinds of summer activities. The little things are all there too- great water pressure, clean, updated space, comfortable mattress, good coffee. We’ll book again for sure!

This place was absolutely perfect. It was located right next to a stream which was so peaceful. We parked our car in the provided lot and we walked to town, not too far away, which was really nice. The size was perfect for me and my husbands anniversary trip. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the decorations and all the details. The host was helpful. Property was a block to the Snowflake lift and four blocks to downtown Breck. Four O'Clock run provided ski in ski out experience. Property was as described. Host had great directions, intructions and was very helpful thoughout entire stay.

The unit was in a great location. It was an easy walk to a ski lift and also to the center of town. The unit was a bit small, but it was clean and well supplied. The manager, Daniel, was very easy to contact and helpful with any question that I had. Hopefully we can return again.

Daniel was our host. He made sure we had all the instructions in advance and kindly checked in to be sure we were all set. They provided every little thing that makes a vacation rental wonderful. We skied right to the condo at the end of our run. The condo is in the heart of Breckenridge. We were pleasantly surprised that the sidewalks are heated! Nobody sliding, slipping or falling! The balcony kept us in touch with nature, a very nice small kitchen with coffee pot, mini frig,, microwave, teapot, plates and bowls, utensils. We rolled our cooler in and felt instantly at home. The bathroom has a nice shower, and room for girl stuff on the sink. Five stars! Thanks again, Daniel!
